Very friendly and helpful. I don't think I can remember a time when I haven't left the bank with a good feeling and knowing that my money is in good hands at EECU. If you are looking for a good honest and professional place for your financial needs then EECU is the best place in town.

Monique was Awsome ! Helped me get in and out well still being thorough with the information regarding my loan ! She explained everything to me very well . And I got a great rate with the bank itself .

Walked in mainly for an auto loan to take advantage of their promotional Interest rate.To qualify I opened a checking and savings account.My appointment was at 11am and even though I went in knowing that both transactions might not get done, they worked proficiently to make it happen.Walked out with a cashier's check and a agreeable interest rate.

I accompanied my dad to the bank and I was disgusted with how they treat their customers. Lindsay is incredibly snobby and not real excited to help customers, she treated my dad like he was a nuisance. Maybe if he had money he would’ve been treated better? I think they need to re train some employees so they are reminded of why they are there. Do better!!!

I had a horrible experience banking with EECU. After fraudulent charges on my acct they closed my ALL accounts and kept all my savings & checking $! Not only did they continue to harass me and belittle the situation. They made me feel so disgusted towards them with the way I was spoken too and treated. After all they were FRAUDULENT charges unauthorized by me. Funny they kept my car loan open and still closed everyone in my family's account as well. What about all our hard worked $? What a joke. Especially Denise, Loretta, shalina. I think the only one ever nice to speak with was Elaine. Other then her, the financial services dept needs some major improvements. 0 stars if I could. Far beyond rude and ignorant and insulting. So sad, this isn't how a credit union should be employed! I'll never say a good thing about EECU it was a bad deal doing business w y'all. WORST BANK TO BUSINESS WITH.

Very long call wait Times on the phone, but Jessica was awesome and helped me find hundreds of dollars in bogus charges from Farney Toyota. It's such a blessing to have someone helping you.

They're usually quick and professional. When I applied for a bank card they helped me out really fast and when I didn't understand something they explained it to me thoroughly. When my wife and I went to apply for card for her the experience was exactly the same, even though it was a different person helping us. Thank you very much for your services and I always recommend this bank to everyone.

What's with the club music!?!? Soooooo unprofessional!!! Not exactly the atmosphere you want for a professional environment! On top of the annoying music was a very sweet helpful rep whose hands were tied when we came to her for help after our check book was stolen! Then they charge us $400 for the stop payments we were forced to do online because they dont have an after hour call center. We'll get it back EVENTUALLY but some president somewhere has to authorize it. Here goes Britney Spears with the bass pumping to Toxic!! What on earth!?!?!? Might as well put a bar in here somewhere! We just pulled out our money and will take the short walk to Citi to open a new account. Sorry Peggy, we appreciate your help but we need a professional and better qualified bank for these type of situations. And if we want this type of atmosphere we will go to a bar. Peggy gets 5 stars, this bank gets 1 only because I cant give it zero!!!

Never enough help. Way too much socializing and lots of people sitting at desks with no customers at them. Seems like they would get up off their lazy butts and help their patrons
