locked for “10 minute break” but been waiting for over 20 with no one here. very poor management.

Says they’re open all day however doors are locked and can’t pick up our online order. Website says store does not close for lunch and should remain open during business hours.

This new manager is very unprofessional. The old manager made every visit to the store a welcoming enjoyable experience. The talk around town is nobody wants to even step foot in the store anymore because of how they witnessed him treat his employees and women customers. Very inappropriate.
