Really bad customer service . Guy picked up and was totally rude with a simple question we had.

This is the worst tow truck company I've had the displeasure to work with 24 hour service yeah right . The police must have an unlisted number for them because when the police call they come right away. But when you're trying to get your car from them they don't answer the phone. They don't return phone calls. I guess I have to make a big deal about this to the media and any other recourse I could find I'm not taking this **** from themService: Car towing

I was on the Queensway in a dangerous spot (ran out of gas-don't judge!). I was on the phone with CAA and three tow trucks stopped to make sure I was ok. But only thee third one actually offered me gas! For free! I was shocked and so appreciative! That is real customer service! And with a smile. Very nice young man. Would highly recommend.
