Not properly trained staff; Most incompetent regional manager Who uses a Google Voice VOIP . Number. I spoke with Greg the regional manager on October 10. Today’s October 23 and Just after 13 days Of speaking with Greg, he decided to auction off my Entire unit Which consisted of all my business materials, personal information, blank checks tax paperwork my WHOLE BUSINESS Everything I worked hard for literally just got TOSSED in the drain and this incompetent regional manager Had my phone number And not a single time within the last 13 days has he called or text me to tell me my stuff was getting auctioned. I wasn’t even offered a courtesy call the day of auctioning Although they are claiming they had no contact information for me. THEY DID. They aren’t able to provide me with a signed lease agreement and after being At the storage facility for over five years They took no Accountability or consideration I mean, this is the way I live life and pay my bills and for simply being Inconsiderate and rude about this incident bothers me. The fact that even after speaking to Greg today, he had the audacity to call me back and to just ask me if I had full payment just to tease me And hang it over my head that my unit was auctioned off is a complete Insult. My unit Was my income, Financial Burdens are at a high after the passing of my Mother sister, and grandmother. Thanks to Store quest and Greg I just lost my business, prob my house and my family now. Absolutely no compassion or empathy. I have requested A copy of my lease agreement, Which I’ve never signed with this company. I was handed a blank copy. I will be exhausting all resources to share my experience renting at this location for over 5 years. This type of business is not only unethical but it’s Tearing up our community of Selma The rates here have skyrocketed management has drastically become All about numbers The facility is well lit, but no longer Properly maintained there’s weeds All along the back fence in the cracks, there’s paint chipping everything at this source facility has just gone south.. Rich was a great contribution to this location although he is still owns it he should know how poorly a decision He was to continue to operate this facility under different management. Before store quest it was Storage pro he fired them You should’ve just sold the business instead of hiring store quest. This company has no value in their customers and as a resident of Selma we deserve companies who value their customers. I understand I defaulted But it’s also taking consideration the full picture and scope. I had water Damage that was never addressed. I had multiple issues with the last manager, Issac, who threatened me and now today The regional manager Thought it was cherry on top to Not return my calls or texts I prob won’t sleep tonight. I will be seeking legal action. -Paul

100/10 LOVE THIS PLACE. Very clean, easy access, most affordable unit in Selma !
My mom rented here when I was a kid and now so am I as an adult bc it’s the besttt! Vincent and jezel were so helpful through the process& got me a unit in less than 30 minutes !

Very friendly management & attentive. They always stop by my multiple units to make sure everything is ok and if anything is needed. I’ve been a tenant for 3 years now with multiple units. This is my Third storage facility I’ve used and I really enjoy this place! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or anyone else who’s interested in a unit or two ! Thank you Jezzel for always being helpful, professional & polite.
