The WORST postal service I have experienced. The mail
Men always delivers packages to the wrong address. They say they attempt delivery but that’s false and the customer service in store is deplorable.

The clerks up front have been here for years and know the business. They are very thorough with explaining things and are super helpful.

Constantly not delivering on their promises and never calling back when they say they will. Sad and shameful

Thank you, Mark (Selma Post Office) for helping me gain some peace of mind during this pandemic. I was so worried that some mail that I sent was lost! Mark followed up with some colleagues at a different post office and actually called me back! I really appreciate this gesture - hope our team of essential workers remain healthy.

This is a friendly and well maintained Post Office in little ol' Downtown Selma. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars are the hours. The only way I'm usually able to visit this location is when I go as part of my job, so I can go in the morning or before they close at 4pm! 4pm is just too early to close IMO. However, this post office is always clean, quiet and there's never too long of a line, even during weekday lunch hour. All of the postal workers here seem to genuinely enjoy their work and they are always friendly! This location doesn't do passports FYI. If you're lucky or unlucky (lol!) enough to need a post office during their open hours, this one won't disappoint.

This is my go-to post office even though I live in a different city. The building is historic and has some pretty cool old time photos inside. I am always well treated and I feel that Teresa is one of the kindest and happiest postal workers I have ever met.

Always had a good experience with the older lady. I can't recall her name , she's very helpful. The older gentleman is always rude and seems to be in a bad mood , I try my best to avoid him when he's working window.
