I showed up an hour early with a clean and precooled trailer and they gave me a door immediately I was loaded and bills in hand in 80 minutes and everyone is super nice.

They always take a long time to load, dirty bathrooms and equipment to load in terrible condition and the worst thing is they want to pay for the waiting time until they get to the scale
I wonder if the owner or managers don't feel sorry for them?

8 hours and counting, if you can avoid this place do it, it doesn't work, they just tell you the order is not ready or that they are going to check so you don't bother them ?

Save your driver HOS and avoid this place all together!Complete incompetence….it’s been 8 hours since our appointment and still have not loaded the 6 pallets! That’s right only 6 pallets at -10FOut time was 5pm on a 9am appointment.

Sorry place to work for honestly..plus the management is worthless..the 5 Am shift ppl are worthless..would not recommend this place to anyone ,unless you wanna be around crackheads ..This place needs to be shut down or even better .replace the front office ppl and workers ..you will find meth pipes In the restrooms from the 3 brothers that work there ??so unprofessional

Worst shipper/ receiver in valley avoid this place if u can…appt was @12:00pmCheck in @11:45am and now its 10:00pm still not loaded yet…reefer running at -10* continuous they don’t care about any think also have no answer how long it will take. ????. Save your precious time by avoiding this place.
