Don't use this pharmacy if you need to fill your prescription right away. Not sure what their issue is - maybe it's short staffing- but they always take forever to answer the phone. Waited on hold yesterday for 25 minutes and nobody picked up. I've learned to always call before going to pick up my prescriptions because when I show up to they are never ready when I get there.

I have been to this pharmacy to pick up meds for my parents, and on each occasion I have had mediocre/poor service...NEVER friendly, always rushed and not willing to help. Terrible service. Need friendlier and helpful employees, or maybe they need an incentive!!!!They take lunch break from exactly 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm, and it's 212 and still not back.

Highly disappointed in Walgreens Pharmacy telephone service. I called three times and I was on hold for 30 minutes every time. I had to go in person to find out about my medications. There was nobody on the phone in this department so I told the pharmacist why isn't anybody answering the phones, it doesn't seem busy? From this point on I will never call again,I will have to go in personally.

Waited 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone to check if the doctor has sent in my sons medicine to the pharmacy because it’s been almost 6 hours. No answer.

The pharmacy is horrible. They regularly send a text to notify when the order is ready. Problem is when I drive to the pharmacy and wait in line for 20 minutes I get told the medication is still on order. This happens repeatedly!!!!!

They literally take an hour to give you your medicine and then it turns out they don’t even have the medicine in stock even though they told you it would be ready a certain day and time.

They always get my Dad's lancets wrong. When I come with a new prescription they always make me wait days until they can place an order and it comes in. Every time I come it's always a run around for my meds with different reasons. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. ? No more

I try my best to review a place as soon as I get a moment to but sometimes I fail at things. Unlike me, Walgreens has not failed me in a thing. Their customer service has been steadily rising to almost perfection and they usually have what I need. Their photo department is usually the place I visit the most due to having a child who needs pictures for class assignments. Someone is always there to help and pictures are printed instantly from her mobile device. They have extra cords on hand for loan at no extra cost. There's also a Redbox here that I visit on occasion like tonight when staying in sounds nicer than going out. It has an assortment but I usually reserve online for time sake.
