Asked for a basic mani pedi, told the guy i didn’t want them super short for my pedi. The guy cut my nails so short it’s actually painful. Then he asked which package i wanted, i said basic and he argued with me pushing me for the most expensive one so i settle for the middle package. He was pretty rough with my toes and rushed because there was people waiting. I got cut a few times but accidents happen. Then onto my mani, different guy did it and he did a great job. When he asked me which package i wanted to told him basic and then proceeded to tell me i had to do the middle because that’s what i got on my toes. Said “it’s okay only $70” when i went to pay the lady who’s the owner tells me it’s $95. I asked her why he told me $75, she said it’s $10 extra for gel on pedi and $10 extra for gel on mani. Im not very happy to find that out at the end. Also, they only gave the gel option color palette. She also charged me an extra $1 because i used my debit card. Overall, not pleased with this experience. I started out wanting the basic package because it said it’s “$55” which i thought was reasonable, but $96.50???

Very bad job on my acrylic fill and polish. Not a week has gone by and my polish is peeling off. And charged me sixty dollars for acrylic fill. We'll never go back!!

Horrible experience went in to get a full set of nails for both my daughters and a pedicure for my self we all got gel nail color horrible job they did on everything so over priced my daughters nails came off less then a week and my toes started to peel after a week horrible never again and for all this I paid close to $200 for this never again

Terrible service, they really don't do anything to you and the poorly painted nails from the pedicure, you ask for one thing and force them to do what they want, they are running out of clients for the same reason, they are terrible for the pedicure bad bad bad really what a disappointment

I always try and give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s sad to see how bad it’s gotten. They don’t listen to what you ask for and insist on upselling and charging you extra for everything when the work they do lacks so much effort. Skip through massages, scrubs, etc on pedis. They also always demand tip as soon as they’re done. The service is just so bad.

hotties do NOT come here!! homegirl lisa beyond fucked me and my toes up. haven't bleed this much in my foot since i got shot. on my mama i will never EVER come here again. could've cut my own nails at home for free and saved myself from the trauma. ignored me when i said something about it and charged me full price too..not that i cant afford it but have some respect when a stallions in your salon.

Went in for a fill and had to explain several times what I wanted and still left with horrible nails, asked for a fill with acrylic overlay only no colored gel polish since they chip within 2 days anyways. It’s crazy that a fill is just as much as paying for a new full set. Girl left my nails thick and heavy when I asked if they could thin them out she did not, also at the end put so much cuticle oil it’s still peeling off my fingers, never going here again. They used to have great service and it’s horrible now, $60 for a fill that looks uneven, thick and chipped. Even if you talk to the “manager” nothing is done about it. Horrible service and staff was sick.

I used to exclusively go here but never again. TWO TIMES during my massage he told me I need to make an appointment next time. Like the first time fine, but the second time. Like okay I messed up I didn't make an appt, can I relax now? It says walk ins welcome but I did not feel welcome. I Got a pedicure and manicure, I was asked THREE times if I wanted to do just the tip on any of my toes or fingers and I said no. The FOURTH time I finally said fine. I really don't care about the color or look as much as the cleaning up and massage and such anyway so whatever just do tips. I told him just on two fingers then. Just cause I was so pressured, and didn't know when he'd stop asking. I figured it's cause it's less time and less polish he wanted to go faster. was charged EXTRA for "art" after for it. It was less polish AND less time. AND one less coat. So annoying. No one he kept pressuring. My fault for giving in but after saying no three dang times I was just annoyed and said yes. I spent 200$ for my daughter and I. And I do that once a month. Sorry but the pressure over and over again for the extra 10$ for "art", and telling me I need to make an appt next time. Twice. Making me feel unwelcome has lost them a lot of business.

Von Lee was sooo rude . Made me feel bad for emphasizing on how I wanted my nails. Kept tugging my hands and when he was not at all gentle. Please look somewhere else

I had the $60 white tip done and they turned yellow in one day. I never complain and my nails break and lift within days of service with them. Old products? But the way I was treated when I asked to hv one nail fixed, was beyond Imaginable. I got there at 9 AM and they let every single customer get seated for service. They should hv fixed mine and sent me otw! I stood there appalled. It was Christmas Eve morning and my expensive nail job needed to be fixed. I was there when they opened and they sat 7 people in chairs, who came after me, ignoring me. Really bad business. Very bad service. Everyone heard my reason for coming in and looked at me with disbelief. So after an hour of this I left. I told the owner that was bad business. It hurt me that they jabber and talk about it. Then walk away and seat everyone else. I’m a business owner. I would not treat a customer that way. Money grubbing. Don’t expect to pay the prices advertised either. Always add on fees. I’m tired of the language barrier and bad business. Go elsewhere. There isn’t any reason to explain bad behavior. There’s a ton of places in fresno. Queen Bee is great.
