The entrance is a little difficult to find. It is around the back from the main road. Once I found it they got me in and unloaded right away. Receiving closes at 1pm.

Too many hours and the work is too hard and heavy. The pay isn't even worth it. Minimum pay for using dangerous tools and fast pace isn't worth it. If you want to work 12 hours 6 days a week for little pay, then this is the place for you. Honestly, working the fields is a better choice imo. At least you work 8 hours a day. This place really will over work you. I give it 0 stars if the app let me. I can't tell the bots are lying on this review!

If I can give this company a 0 I would. In all my years of working in construction I have never come across a more unprofessional company as this one. Absolutely terrible customer service, communication, professionalism and care for their customers. communicating with this company was difficult as anytime you call it seems the person you're looking for is never around. Then emails take days to be responded. My overall frustration grew when I would arrive home one day to see the lumber order from them completely in the middle of my driveway. Not a simple call ahead was given to give us time to prepare or instructions on where to leave the material. I called Tim Hernandez the representative who was helping me and he was not helpful and told me I will have to figure it out on my own. Brian the manager was just as unreliable and is simply one of the worst persons I've encountered in dealing with a customer. I really hope all contractors and even normal customers looking to get lumber and truss is from this company see this review and stay away. The inconvenience of dealing with a company like this is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and contact another truss company in town because where's dixieline you're going to suffer.
