A worker made me feel bad by laughing at me with another person , I thought the workers there were nice and have to help out if we looking for what we want which some do but except that one guy worker that laughed at me ? I don’t wanna go back there again scared of getting laughed at again .

Besides one clerk/worker who’s super sweet…(you will know she’s the only one who smiles and converses-Customer service is horrible you don’t get greeted you can be literally looking a worker in the eyes and ask if they are open and they treat you like your invisible… even start talking to their co worker the next one will step up and seems robotic…. If you are up front at least at like you like your job otherwise work in the back- I don’t like being negative but customer service is huge for me anywhere you go-

Paid at self-checkout to find out it rang me at a higher price than what it said on the shelf. I let the cashiers know & they said “yeah we don’t recommend the self checkout because it does that” the lady checked on her register only to show it rings but the same price as the self checkout. This lady just handed me back my paid product & was not going to correct the price, I had to ask for it & still gave a look as if it was an inconvenience for them. I had to speak up this time because it’s not the first time I’ve noticed incorrect prices.

Long lines tend to be waiting more than usual...and since conversion to market, the self check out machines are always down. Would think by now would fix to be more efficient but I guess not.

I love this place .. employers r great.. nice and helpful, and groceries have great and affordable prices thank you Dollar general I go almost everyday.Editing::::Now that's it's DG Market it's not that great as it was before I miss the clothes and the toys ECT... I'm so sorry you guys changed it ..

Call the general manager or corporation if you guys have any issues and I guarantee they'll fix your problem. Anyways honestly just came here to use the restroom but I bought some stuff, I love going to Dollar General's I don't want to say it but the restroom was super dirty, water on the floor I think the toilet was leaking, no cover for the soap hardly anything in there anyways,the sink was filty but as long as I can use the restroom I don't care lol when you enter the store it looks unorganized, stuff everywhere the employees where super nice, great customer service and working hard. It was busy I think they need to have more people at night

I think people here a little bit rude, instead of paying attention to customer service they're distracted on their phones or talking about tik tok? Missing items or missing inventory sometimes for weeks, its sad they miss out on sales cause they dont stock up or order enough of something so they're left without certain items. ?♂️?♂️
