Debbie was excellent. She always puts you at ease and doesn't hurt you. She is friendly and extremely efficient. I feel safe when she is drawing my blood.

Debbie at Shasta Lake is excellent with what she does & how she does it - very organized & informative too. She is careful about making sure patients have Fasted, etc. She is amazing!

Debbie was great when drawing my blood but when went back out in waiting room she was nice giving me water. But then seem to get mad and shut the door between the front back because I accidentally hit the speaker button for my call trying to see where my ride was.

Debbie at Quest on Ashby Rd. in Shasta Lake City, California is the best! She is so nice, fast, clean, and always has my blood drawn on the first poke.

Overall great experience and Debbie did a fantastic job! Was able to get seen last minute but definitely better to make an appointment so you’re in and out. Definitely recommend this lab.

first bill they ever sent me was already marked overdue. had no details on the cost or how anything added up. on top of that, poor service.

#1 I'm not sure what her name is , but she runs that lab on her own 6 day's a week. I've been twice once with appointment and once without , but she pre warned me she'd have to squeeze me in . It did take an hour , but she is there alone. She got me in and was very polite and professional. The second time I had an appointment and I got in within 5 min of arriving , again she was sweet and professional. You don't feel a thing . I will never go anywhere else and I couldn't imagine her yelling at people in the waiting room , but if you say so. As someone who's had more than her fair share of blood draws , she's very good and runs that place very well for being there alone.

My advice is to find another place to go unless you want to wait all day I was told 3 times that I should go and make an appointment but my drive was a far distance for me to drive so I decided to wait and then the lady working there said I'm going on break now mind you two people only in the waiting area very disrespectful lady working there will never go back ended up going to lab corp in and out service with a smile NO MORE QUEST FOR ME VERY DISAPOINTED....
