“I was in an accident and they towed my car after I went to the hospital. I called my insurance that day and they got eagle on the line so I could verbally release pick up to them. The gentleman we spoke with, I'm sorry I didn't get his name, was so nice and patient with me. He made sure my insurance would give me time to retrieve all my things. Because my car was in the Auberry yard, I just needed to call ahead of time to make sure they could have someone meet me. When I called the lady I spoke with was also super nice, had to call me back, and did so right away. They only took a half hour which was plenty of time for me to get over there. Matt was great, he patiently waited while I went through everything and was incredibly helpful. They made a very stressful situation as easy on me as possible and I can't thank them enough.
