Had a extremely horrible experience here. I walked in with my two-year-old son I asked for a size when the representative brought it out. My son was holding a shoe and he looked at my son and said kids are not allowed to touch shoes and he snatched it out of his hand and went to go put it back, each time anyone touched the shoe, he gave them a dirty look. Representative wasn’t smiling, wasn’t helpful and very rude to everyone and really scared my son. He should not be allowed to do that. I would have put the shoe back nicely no reason for him to touch my son.

The customer service really bad...he asked the price and number of the shoe and the man, wow, didn't even care, like he was angry.

Exchanged a few gifts. The people here, while firm on relaying and enforcing the return/exchange policies in place, were really understanding, patient and helpful. I am happy.

Black girl with the Afro was the only one working the store. Completely ignored us. No greeting, no offering to check our size. Didn’t even look our way. She needs better training.

Walked in with 2 customers (they were together) being helped at the check out register - with FOUR employees being piled up at the register with zero acknowledgment - not even a hello, we will be right with you. Nada. So I waited in line and after the customers were done, I still got zero acknowledgement. So I finally spoke up and was like uhh there is 4 of you - I need help getting a size. Would do it myself gladly; but kind of need you. I was met with the nastiest wrath from this chick / I don't know her name, but she literally barked at me "we are 4 managers, and we are learning a new system" Yikes!!! You are a manger? Girl, you got the slightest clue how to talk to people. So then I was like yeah not trying to be a Karen, (which honestly I wasn't), and then she barked at me again "ain't no one said you was." Double yikes!! Nasty nasty attitude. Please take this girl out of your store - she should not hold a managerial position - like at all! Also, to this star of a manager, customer comes first, not your new system. How are you a manager????I will say, the cutie with short hair that helped me was a ray of sunshine and super sweet - that's a manager right there. Not that barking one.

Worst possible customer service on June 12th 2023 at 1pm. The manager, Sarah, couldn’t have been less helpful, less caring, or more inconsiderate. They have a new “system”, I was having trouble and needed help, and she couldn’t be bothered with human decency. Her comments were “it’s not my job. We have other things to do”. Again, empty store on a weekday. I filed a complaint to corporate. Never in history have I filed a complaint against a store manager. Hope she takes a class in interpersonal skills and customer support.

I called the store to cancel an order and I was told by "the manager" they were unable to cancel and I had to drive there to get my money back then he put me on hold and transferred without letting me know to the actual "store manager" who refused to provide her name as well. She was very rude and said the same thing if I wanted my money back I would have to come in to get refunded or wait 2 months until the order gets cancelled. She said she wasn't costumer service (clearly she has no costumer service skills). I asked who the manager was since both of them claimed to be the manager. I asked if they were lying about it and she said he is the assistant but we're telling you to come if you want your money and I'm disconnecting the call now. And so she did... These "managers" should be trained on costumer service.

The worse experience ever!! The moment I walked in the store the associate ( end up being store manger) gave as attitude was rude and aggressive I was asking for the price of the shoes ..she answered so rude was so unpleasant,then she asked me in a rude way if I need a bag and that they charging and I responded ofcour how I'm suppose to carry my shoes..after that she went ballistic on me screaming and telling me to get out of the storeOfcours I told her shes crazy and psycho and asked for her name She yelled that she's the store manger I'm sure more people experience similar behavior in this location and especially with this crazy store manger..obviously have serious issues and shoukd definitely not work with customers

Worst Aldo store ever!!! I had to beg the store associate to check a size for the shoe. As an answer he choosed to yell across the store instead of coming near us and asking us if we want it in any other color because there are other colors. The store was empty and he choosed to ignore us, not great us and we really insisted to him to check the stock of 3 other shoes and to our luck none of the shoes were in stock ! That employee is clearly unhappy to work there he doesn’t deserve to be paid with that attitude! We are paying customers and it should not be the level if service any store is offering.

Everything is so stylish and the sales are insane. Their loafers and boots are to die for and they have the perfect sandals for spring weather already in stock.

Sara helped me today to find the right Chelsea boot for work. Her spirit and demeanor was very friendly and even though the price was out of my budget she assured me that I would be very happy. I can say now that I'm at work and enjoying my new shoes at the hotel and I feel like a million bucks. Thanks Sara for your customer service and attentive approach. :)

Very clean and organized store. Westfield Sherman Oaks is not a busy place to begin with so this Aldo normally has the shoes that are not in stock in other Aldos

DON'T EVER SHOP OR BUY FROM THIS STORE EVER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POWER TRIPPING MANAGER. I would have made this review zero stars. So an employee at Aldo at the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square told my mom she could return the insoles as long as they weren't used. So my mom tried to return at a different store, but they told her to return it at where she bought it. I went to go return it, but didn't have the card on me and the lady (who was very understanding and willing to do the return) was going to accept the return. Now I go back the next day, there are two men working there and one was the manager, refused my return. I have a feeling they lied and coerced my mom in buying the insoles just to make a sale for their segment. I'm appalled they lied to my mom who asked if she could return them. He was being very inconsiderate and power tripping on his authority. Granted these were only $16, which is not a loss for the company. It's a matter of principle and taking responsibility of your employees.
