Worse customer service. Received a jacket as a gift. I had the jacket and the receipt. They refused to give me credit or allow me to return it because it was not purchased from their location. Really! And I called before hand and was told I could return it there because it was purchased from the All Saints department in Bloomingdale's in Century City. Makes no sense and of course there is no supervisor there. Do not buy from this company. They are a ripoff!!

Have recently shopped this department 2 weeks in a row and I would not buy anything here . I literally rather order online than bring my item to the counter to pay for. 3 people were work there today and not one associate even looks at you. It's sad because I like the styles a lot but just the attitude makes you want to buy another brand . I was looking for a jacket or coat and tried on a few but they didn't have my size out. Not one person asked if I needed a size etc. I rather buy online, no attitude and at least you don't feel ignored and disrespected. Considering how business is so challenging, I am shocked that these associates / managers are still working here and run this department in such an inefficient way.

I needed to buy denim jeans, which I'm very picky about, and Rose helped me every step of the way. She was beyond helpful and knowledgable. Definitely only coming to this store for my jeans. Thank you so much!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to Bloomingdale's in Sherman oaks to purchase a pair of sunglasses today. I was looking at the sunglasses and found a few pairs that I wanted to purchase. 2 employees were standing at the cash register talking. They didn't acknowledge me for about 5 mins. Then they looked at and then turned away. After ten mins I ended up taking a pict of the glasses so I can purchase them somewhere else. They approached another lady to see how she was doing but she was also holding a Louis Vuitton purse and dressed very nice. Sorry that I didn't look the part or being the type of race that you thought deserved to be helped. I would never go back to this store!

I really wanted to purchase something in the cosmetic department yesterday, 6/20, at about 1:30 pm. I wanted to look at something at the Guerlain counter, which is in a corner of the Dept next to Clarins. I was one of about 4 customer in the entire dept. there were 3 older sales associates behind the counter watching another help a customer. I have nothing against older sales people as I'm up there, too. I stood and waited for several minutes, at least hoping to be acknowledged. Nothing. I actually wanted to BUY something! Finally I walked away. What rude, uninterested people. I'm hoping the Dept Manager sees this and has a heart to heart with them. In my opinion this episode should be documented. Could be a reason their business isn't what it should be.

I purchased $2000.00+ Tag heuer men watch the one in store was damaged and they told me they going to send me new one and after 10 days i received used watch with a lot of scratches and i didn't take it. Customer service first told me they were contact me in 24 hours they didn't and i called again and they told me some one going to call me in 72 hours after a week past no one has call me yet and it's really sucks. They run my credit i was approved on 6/4/2019 & today is 6/19/2019 and i haven't received my purchase and no contract also from customers service. I was at store and want to talk to manager (Anet) She told sales person(which he was very professional)on phone she can't come to talk to me and she will call me tomorrow and i left the store so unprofessional.

Went to pick up a bottle of cologne for a friends birthday gift. They lady that assisted me showed me a few men's scents. Ended up getting Marley Godolphin this scent is AMAZING I can't get enough of it. My new go to for men's cologne. It's not cheap either $300 a bottle, but I swear it's Sooooooooo worth it. Even gift wrapped it nice and pretty for me. Thank you.

Hands-down one of the best experiences I've had at a department store. I needed to have an item wrapped 15 minutes before they closed. They were polite, kind and wrapped the gift beautifully. I would definitely have some thing wrapped here again. I didn't purchase it at Bloomingdale's, but they treated me so well that I wish I had. Thank you to the lovely ladies in gift wrap. You made my gift even better.

Why is it that everyone that works at Bloomingdale's pretends they don't work at Bloomingdale's? Their customer service is AWFUL. I've been meaning to write a review for a while, given that this has been my experience time and time again. My experience today was the impetus for this review. I had several items to return and an online order to pick up, I also wanted to purchase several belts for my fiancé. I started in the customer service department. It took awhile to be helped, and the woman wasn't particularly nice or welcoming. I picked up half of what I had ordered online (the other item wasn't actually in stock despite being advertised as such, so it is being shipped separately.) I was told that customer service does not take returns. What kind of customer service is that? I had to go to two separate departments to make these returns. The first return wasn't an issue, aside from having to wait in line. I went to the shoe department to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit. The saleswoman was ringing up one customer in front of me, so I waited patiently behind. When the customer in front of me finished her purchase, the only saleswoman at the counter rolled her eyes at me and walked away, leaving me there with no one to help me. I was prepared to purchase several Ferragamo/Montblanc men's belts. Once in that department we waited for awhile looking for someone to help us. When a salesman walked by, he made eye contact with me and hurried away as we were trying to get his attention to ask a question about sizing. We then went to the cash wrap, where a lady was typing things into the computer. She also knew we were standing there waiting, however did not acknowledge us at all. We ended up leaving empty handed. Guess I'll go to Nordstrom and Neiman's instead.

People wonder why department stores are closing left and right. I had a $40 store credit to Bloomindale's. I bought 3 $40 dresses online, used the store credit and paid the rest on my credit card. I returned 1 of the dresses (didn't fit) and the only option the computer gave the cashier was to give me my store credit back. What's the point of credit if you can't use it towards the items you want to keep?! So what, I spent $80 of my own money for 2 dresses and are now left with a $40 credit to a store that screws their customers like that? NOPE! I'm returning everything and selling my credit on raise.com.

Where do I even begin? I have been to Bloomingdale's countless amount of times. This past weekend I visited Bloomingdale's because I had a return I needed to make at All Saints and exchange Uggs at the shoe department. As I was approaching All Saints to return my items, the guy working at the counter had the worst welcoming attitude anyone can encounter ( unfortunately I didn't ask for his name). He literally watched me approach him and rolled his eyes at me. I mentioned how I no longer needed the bag and he grabbed the bag with frustration and tore it apart. I really wish I called him out on it but I did not want to waste my time. Moving on, I went downstairs to exchange my shoes and as I was waiting by the counter, a sales employee Isthimal walked passed by me and she didn't even acknowledge me. She assists a woman that is standing couple feet around me and takes her to the other register. As I approach that register, she asks the customer she is assisting to follow her to the register that I was standing prior to this one. This girl had the worst, I repeat the WORST customer service skills. Her attitude was unwelcoming and she walked right passed me as if I did not exist.

The customer service is so EXTRAORDINARY at this Bloomie's, that my family and I spent a good portion of the day here without having to leave the store and visit the rest of the mall! Everywhere you turn, friendly and good-natured sales associates greet you with a smile and want to be helpful. Everyone from the specialists in the handbag department to the household appliances section were welcoming and hospitable. One of the kindest individuals you could ever meet - Maria Rosenkreuz - is an amiable and gifted makeup artist at the Lancome counter. Her ebullience and enthusiasm have encouraged my family and I to stock up on our cosmetic needs for the past few years. Maria is highly knowledgeable, upbeat, and very accommodating. I can ask her anything about the multitude of current Lancome products, and she has an abundance of wisdom about this product, having worked with this cosmetics company since 2002. Speaking about knowledgable, Lori T. is a fantastic fragrance specialist, who has actually worked at this Bloomingdale's branch since it first opened. I usually find Lori at the House of Sillage counter, but she actually has expertise regarding all the brand name perfumes, and I greatly appreciate her guidance about the newer products. She helped me purchase my signature Tom Ford perfume and graciously provided several samples of exotic scents that I'm excited to try. Always personable, Lori's cheerful disposition makes your shopping experience fun! Don't forget to have lunch at the cute cafe 59th and Lex at this store's top floor, where Marco kindly attended to us for the best burgers in town! Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
