Went to go pick up an iPhone I ordered online after work, I forgot my ID but I had my work ID with my picture, name, and DOB. Well the first guy I saw said I couldn’t pick it up without my ID. Drove home came back all for a different employee to hand me my iPhone without even asking for my ID. Waste of my time and gas, terrible customer service

I mean, I don’t give 5 stars easily, but I really have to say I’ve been very satisfied every time I enter this store. The service is always pretty quick and efficient. Plus if you come in at the right time, you can catch a lesson of something that adds just a little extra benefit to each visit. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, but if the culture and training are right, then you should have a similar experience with each team member. Obviously, people are different so you won’t get the exact same experience every time, but I have to say, I do appreciate this store and they’ve always done me right. Hope you have the same experience when you visit.

Been here since 1030am to do a battery replacement and I’ve heard excuse and all the bs. No one cares. They just want to sell you a brand new phone. Completely waste of my time.

Had an appointment, waited close to an hour before helped.
No greeting, felt like the guy couldn’t be bothered. Was no help at all. Couldn’t do anything for my iPad. Was told to just go to a repair shop and get it fixed.
Very disappointed.

I am currently at the Apple Store in the mall and I have to say I am extremely disappointed in the way customer service has gone out the door. I am sorry but since when is getting out exactly on time the norm? I remember when we held pride in our jobs and wanted to please customers not turn them away due to a time crunch. We all have busy lives and as an employee here I would assume my role and do my job not only because I’m getting paid and it’s my job but because It’s a direct reflection of whom I am as a person. Apple won’t mind the 5 minute overtime paid and your go workers will appreciate you not being the reason you end up getting replaced even faster by an AI robot who would be absolutely fine with going the extra step for an individual. One more thing, Tristan, try not to take things personal and get defensive, where your eye turns red and causes harm to your own health. Learn to listen to a customer without interruption and it will get you a lot further in life. You just never know if the person whom you’re helping right now will have an impact in your life later on. It’s a small world and you’d be surprised who is in my circle. Your job performance might be closer to a CEO’s ears than you think. Thank you to Dave who was listening yo my concerns and not upset or looking at his watch. Your store manager Christina also did her job by coming to Tristan’s aid when the situation was escalating and actually asking me to let her know what was happening in the most professional way. Overall I won’t let one individual dictate if I step foot in the store again, but I am leaving this review to whomever wants to know who to avoid if you don’t want your day to be confrontational when you just want to get yourself an Apple product.

Money Taken. No Product. No Accountability
If you’re considering buying anything from this Apple Store, read this carefully.
I arrived for my scheduled pickup window today. The payment was taken instantly from my Apple Card - nearly the full balance — and then my order simply disappeared. Store staff couldn’t locate it, couldn’t explain anything, and repeatedly told me, “There’s nothing we can do.”
I spent hours inside the store while multiple employees shrugged, avoided eye contact, and acted like this was normal. Not a single manager provided a timeline, a solution, or even basic accountability. The store closed, my money is gone, and I still have no product, no pickup confirmation, and no explanation.
This isn’t a “delay.” This is a complete failure of internal process, transparency, and customer responsibility. Apple Support confirmed the charge went through and that the product is in stock - the store simply failed to deliver it and offered zero help.
If a company can take your money, offer no product, no timeline, and no resolution, customers deserve to know. I’ve documented everything and I’m considering escalating this through regulatory consumer channels.
If you value your time, your money, and basic competence, avoid this store.

Got the new IPhone 17 few weeks ago and it’s been heating up while charging, so last night went to this Apple Store to fix the issue, was surprised to hear there was no technician available and have to go back, a trillion dollar company with such Service

They never seem to have a resolution. I have never had a successful experience at this location. I’m always given the same tech who is always more interested in getting you to give your business-related information with the purpose of contracting lines and services through apple. No interest in rectifying the reason for your appointment.

Running behind, disorganized, inattentive, and generally rude staff. Be prepared to wait hours for Genius Bar service times.

Honestly, I’d rather drive to the Apple store in Atlanta with the Menendez brothers arguing in the backseat than ever set foot in that store again. The staff have no empathy and act like they own the place.
It’s disheartening to witness the transformation of what once was an enjoyable experience—visiting the Apple store—into an unpleasant chore. The once-exciting exploration of gadgets and conversations with the Geek Bar- have become a tedious task.
Now, it’s an event orchestrated by a company that has ingrained Apple into our lives, leaving us with no choice but to embrace it. To top it off, the staff, who believe they are making the world a better place by simply walking around the store, basically a cherry on top of it all.
As for the warranty—good luck. AppleCare+ is the equivalent of a shady insurance agent: always there to upsell you coverage, but when your house's caught on fire—sorry, turns out the kids weren’t on the policy.
And now, with AppleCare++, it’s basically a formal announcement that they don’t even care about their “plus” customers anymore.
