The worst CustomerService ever! I can’t believe how they can survive like that!

The customer service at this store was absolutely horrendous and to be quite frank it makes Apple look really bad. Cheyenne (the girl with the blue hair) tried to do everything in her power to NOT ASSIST ME in getting MY BRAND NEW IPHONE replaced because it keeps shutting off on its own multiple times a day and I have warranty: by the way your warranty doesn’t matter so don’t even bother with it! Zachary, the guy who ran the diagnostics issue and FOUND THE PROBLEM and then acted all weird and suspicious when I questioned him as to the fact that he basically found the hardware issue and yet they still wouldn’t replace my phone. On top of that, Cheyenne re-set my entire phone and I lost all of my apps and contacts for almost 2Days so that they can do a “test”. Then I got passed along to someone named V who did nothing as well but at least he restored my phone back to the way it was when I came in. I just completely wasted 4 days of going in and out of this store and came out with my situation being even worse than when I stepped in the door. It’s truly a shame and Apple really needs to be aware of this issue. I am also filing a report with Apple against the store for the way I was treated. Seriously debating switching to Android after this experience to be honest. Apple is a joke.

The girl with the pink hair and no eyebrows is the rudest person you'll ever meet at any Apple Store you'll go to. She/they was so condescending and was trying to put words in my mouth. This location has never given me any problems until I had her assign to help me - which they never did. I came in with a software issue and while I was explaining the issue, this individual was so determined they were right and didn't give me a chance to complete my sentence. It was giving racist and a superiority complex. If you are ever assigned them as a genius, request someone else. Or just go to the Topanga location where everyone else is kinder.

After purchasing my iPhone 15 from my local provider. I went to the Apple store to possibly purchase a laptop or a iPod... iPad. I wanted to shop for something compatible that will sync. I have no idea regarding this stuff. My home computer and Apple 11, (now Apple 15 Pro Max) already syncs. And I also wanted to look at accessories for my new cellphone. As soon as I walked in a was greeted by a young sales woman. She was talking with a older security guard and quickly with high pressure bla bla bla bla. I'm well over 50 plus year of age. And I don't need this in the early evening, bla bla bla. One of her hips was higher than the other. Both of her pant legs had ripped jeans on both sides. I didn't come to the Apple store to see this. Note that this was a couple of weeks ago in late January. I don't remember our full conversation... but there was a lot of bla bla bla. I think that I received from her that no more iPods... we sell iPads?I had to get away from this women or girl that looks and acts like she is in Jr college.I walked and look at one wall of accessories for my new cell... sizing up my Pro Max 15...Then I walked back to the other side of the the store where there are more accessories. Another female sales rep opened the office, employee's door and jumped out fast. Then she approached me very fast and tucked her cellphone lens under her chin pointed at my face. Also, a young male apple rep jumped out from that door stopped quickly pointed his cellphone towards me and walked away quickly. Like what's going on? I didn't say anything. I don't know if he took a picture or I don't know if she was video tapping? It's the cold Winter months, I had a tossle hat on, dressed with clean clothes.Anyway, this new female sales rep started talking very fast... "are you here to look at accessories", she said bla bla bla. The male and new female rep must have seen me looking at the accessories on the one wall via their security cameras before barging out of the employee door? And they must of saw me approaching the second accessory wall? I forgot everything that I and she said... but I did inform her that I was looking for something to sync... and accessories... I asked how much does this cost... she spoke very fast... to fast... She mentioned something like all different prices. I said something like what do these iPods or iPads do...? She said, it's like a large iPhone. I was happy to learn something else. But I was all worked up with all the fast talk... bla bla bla bla too much. My heart was beating too fast. Lens were pointed my way. There were no elderly cool, calm and collective sales reps to deal with me here. I was just getting over a little cold and had a nonproductive couch. I raised up my scarf to cover my nose and mouth I got out of there.I just shopped in peace on my home computer for accessories and I'm a happy man. I might go back to the Apple Store someday? But probably I won't go back? Seems like it's a store for 30yo and younger? Probably it's best to ask a friend to help out or get a referral from someone to help with the computer, iPad or laptop, cellphone syncing? My cellphone provider, one of the employees offered computer assistants for a reasonable fee. That person mentioned $50 an hour. The only thing that I liked was that it seemed like the two females that I dealt with and that male were wearing an Apple shirts? So, I know that they all work there. Maybe have them wear matching pants someday? They must get a lot of snatches and grabs at this mall? Ohhh this Apple Store probably could use a taller and younger security guard?

Store looks nice. But I don’t get the purpose of the designated pick up area they have. Sat there for what felt forever just to see people walking in far after me getting asked if they need help. So ended up having “bother” one of the staff to finally help me get my pick up order that took 2 min.

I am now standing and just waiting for someone to buy me a phone. There are not many people, but the workers are doing something unclear. I am ready to pay, pick up my purchase and leave, but this turns out to be very difficult..

Worst Apple Store experience ever. Staff is just straight up disrespecting you - comes back after finishing previous client and goes to a different customer (that just walked in) even though you were told you were next. Others are standing talking to each other. Wasted 20min and left without buying anything. Never again.

I have been here many times to have my mobile phone repaired. I feel that the other employees are very nice, but there is only one white man who is 5 feet 2 tall and has a very bad attitude and poor service attitude.

Store is nice as all Apple stores are, but the wait times are ridiculous because employees would rather talk than interface with customers. They also had no desire to work within their system to help me get the thing I wanted that an employee previously told me was possible. Not a problem-solving customer-oriented neuron between them. I wish they cared more about their customers!

I'd never been to an Apple Store before visiting this one, and they've truly set the bar. Everything is organized, and the folks here are all super nice. I've picked up items and have been in and out in less than 10 mins, as well as gotten awesome help from the Genius Bar. Shout outs specifically to Kam at the Genius Bar and Tyla for her help in getting me checked out and on my way!

I own a 2020 27" fully loaded iMac and 3 years in there is smudging inside the monitor itself in the bottom left corner. The Apple personnel agreed that the smudging is attributable to a manufacturer's defect but will not cover their products past the warranty because I did not buy Apple Care because I did not believe Apple would sell products that have manufacturer defects. The Apple Store indicated they would do the repair for $748. I am transitioning to PC because I don't want to continue spending money from a company whose products have built-in defects.
