Highly negative experience.Wanted to simply change my phone number. Instead, I: got three different numbers, spent 5 hours in total speaking with assistance specialists (both in branch and via phone), had to transfer all my contacts and accounts 2 times, visited branch 3 times in total. Not competent employees.Still trying to settle down all chats, accounts, and contacts.Tip for people with the same problem that I had (changing phone number):1. You can not cancel phone number that is attached to your phone, if you pay installments for that phone.2. You don't have to open new line, if you want to simply change your phone number (don't believe those advisors, who tell you that you need to open a new line and then close an old one).3. Branch employees and managers CAN change you phone number and roll back it back if you need to get your old phone number back, regardless what they say. You don't have to call AT&T support service and wait them for 50-70 minutes to answer / call back.

horrible customer service from Julie. the second I came in it was like she had a problem with working and me asking simple questions - like I’d like to upgrade my phone. 0/10 for this location. go to another store. Julie will ruin your day.

Needs to do better and also they need to learn to answer the store phone.They sold my aunt a business account and she does not have a business or do anything on the side to be considered a business. They they added insurance and next up which I was not advised and put on the highest plan. They said it had to be like that for the first month. So when my aunt went back the following month they lowered her plan and removed the insurance and left next up . Martin the sales agent needs to do better. Giving false information. Sell right or don’t sale at all

I came in looking to get Internet and tv at home. Martin helped me out, was very patient with all my questions and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. He took his time and show me option to fit my budget. Great customer service and thank you Martin for your help.

Great Customer Service (5/5)Martin, the AT&T agent I just had the assistance in setting up a new line , was genuinely excellent, so I wanted to share my experience.He not only helped me find the right plan but also demonstrated remarkable patience throughout the process and helped me redo the paperwork due to a change in my preferences.I highly recommend working with Martin at this AT&T Store.

I'm truly grateful for Martin's exceptional service and highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-notch assistance. I will say, this location doesn’t have the greatest parking situation. So beware of that, but just know that the excellent customer service makes it all worth a while!

It's not this store in particular but I was told by att on the phone I could return my phone that they sent me which was not the one I wanted to the store. The person at the store told me no I had to call them back and ask them to send me shipping label they said they would email me the label after I told them I had no computer or printer. It took me a week to get this phone shipped back I was so stressed out I never want to deal with them again.

Horrible customer service. The worst. Went in to buy a new phone. They lost it. It was supposed to be sent to the AT&T store I bought it from. All they (extraordinarily incompetent employees) could tell me is it "got mailed to wrong address."
