Rude customer service here. Employees laughing having a great time while I'm just standing in the front. Guy was immediately unfriendly and made me feel very unwelcomed here in the morning. Calling in the guy was rude over the phone as well. Really BAD customer service. Ended up just leaving as this employee was hinestly unbearable and extremely unprofessional.

I had a great experience with Kady she helped me with my license plate on my Mercedes because we couldn’t find a screw to fit , she didnt give up but kept on trying until we got it fixed!

My AC was no longer blowing out cold air. I went a couple places, including Amoco in Burbank where the man was incredibly hostile and said it would be $300 just to check the AC, but I had a feeling it was something simple. Finally came here to see if it just needed a refrigerant recharge. That was it. Cost of a can of refrigerant: $14.
Saved myself hundreds of dollars and the employees are kind and helpful.
You have to be a bit patient as some of them are teens learning how to do things on cars (replace headlight bulbs, recharge AC refrigerant) for the first time. But the help is free. I voluntarily tip them because they do a good job.
I don’t like overpaying or dealing with shady hostile car shop people, so this is my absolute go-to. They’re great!

I came into Auto Zone urgently needing a new battery. Rick was eager to help and despite the obstacles we continued to encounter, he was there to assist and come up with solutions. I wouldn’t have been able to install my new battery without him, and the dealer would have charged me hundreds. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am of coming across this store during a stressful car situation. Thank you Rick and Sherman Oaks Auto Zone! Will definitely be back.

Got a battery for about $200, free headlight checkout for free. Get the autozone card to save on purchases and get coupons. Rick and Alberto (he's new and training) are great at what they do!
