I had an outstanding experience at this auto repair shop and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They greeted me right away, asked questions to fully understand my car’s issues, and took the time to explain what needed to be done before starting any work. I really appreciated how honest they were — no unnecessary upselling or hidden fees, just straightforward communication and fair pricing.

This auto repair shop gets the job done, but the experience was mixed. The mechanics were knowledgeable and fixed the issues properly, but the service took longer than expected. The shop is clean enough, though the waiting area could be more comfortable. Prices are reasonable, but not the best value compared to other shops. Overall, it works in a pinch, but there’s room for improvement.

This was my first time at Boulevard Auto. I was expecting large repair bill and explained the issue to Nilson, who was very pleasant and professional. We drove the car and explained the issues. Three hours later. Nilson called and told me that the car is ready and the issues were only minor problems and already done and the bill was much less than I thought it would be. Professional, honest and pleasant. Highly recommended.

I worked with Nelson . His shop provides Excellent service and excellent work. It is hard to find someone that does quality body work on Smart Cars. I got referred to Boulevard Auto Repair by The Southern California Smarties car club. I am so grateful for the recommendation. My Smart was hit by a city truck while parked on the street. Left front panel of car had to be repaired as they don't have the panels anymore for 2008 Smart Cars in all colors. Boulevard did a spectacular repair job. I was worried about the paint color but they managed to match perfectly. I am very pleased. They really did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them and will use for future needs.
