I met with Joi (who is quite aptly named) to get a very natural eyeliner across my top lid. She was very kind to this old lady who's been through surgery, chemotherapy, radiation and more needed to have a little help looking like myself. I wanted no fancy wings, no obvious thickness to the line, instead, I just wanted whatever eyelashes I have left to have a natural darkness at the base so that they didn't fade into nothing. Joi understood exactly what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into anything else. She is confidence that made her very precise & particular. The whole experience was very clean, quick and painfree. All good things when it comes to anything "Medical". In fact, Joi used to be an oncology nurse!!! I really appreciate it the aftercare package she sent me home with. It included ointments and different size, cotton pads, and Q-tips and a vial of the right liquid soap, along with instructions in a beautiful handmade packet. Can you imagine? I felt so taken care of and safe. What a Joi she is! I was able to book my service within a timely manner, the location is very convenient on inter Boulevard, and she couldn't be more lovely! I had never done this before, but I will never live without joy...er, I mean, Joi in my life!

I have nothing but great stuff to say about Joi !! I have been to several people over the years for brow filling and eye liner, and she is the best out of all of them. Her studio is spotless, and she has all her aftercare products neatly packaged and organized, with detailed instructions. I have a medical condition which makes me very self-conscious, and she has always been kind and non-judgmental. I will be going to her from now on, that is for sure !! She does a wonderful job, doesn't rush and is very meticulous in her work. A consummate professional !

I went see Joi to get my permanent eyeliner done. I must say the experience was great, easy, and painless. Joi is a professional in all that she does. I was not nervous at all. She really talks you through it to make sure you are good through out the whole procedure. And it came out wonderful. So ladies if you are thinking about getting permanent eyeliner.. call for a consultation. You will never have to wake up and put it on every time you go out ever again! Her salon is located in Encino and one in Sherman Oaks, in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Ca.

This is my second time going to Bourgie Brows. She always does such a good job at making my brows look natural as opposed to thick glam brows. She listens to my requests and always gives me her personal/professional opinion when needed.

I have been wanting to do microblading for many years but was always scared that it won't look natural. Finally, I took a chance and went with Bourgie Brows and I'm extremely happy! I have gotten so many compliments about how natural my eyebrows look and that it's almost impossible to tell I got microblading. I'm definitely happy with the results and I love that I'm able to get a retouch done as well. Highly recommend!!

I drove up from San Diego, CA. I got the news that I deploy this week, and my go to did not respond to my messages. I checked other places, but the reviews on most werent appealing to me. I tried to schedule some but they were booked until after I left. I decided to look in LA area, I came across Bourgie Brows and loved the reviews and pictures. I sent a message explaining my urgency and Joi responded to me quick. She was kind enough to schedule me in on her day off. She kept numbing my eyebrows so it wouldn't be painful. When she showed me the results, I couldn't have been more pleased! My eyebrows were so detailed! Looked better than before! She has definitely gained a faithful customer. I will also be recommending my friends to her. She has a cool technique to prevent scabs. I may get some scabs but with her technique I don't think it will be as bad as it normally can get with anyone else.
