Had a reservation and was sent a text 30min before pick up that trucks were not available. The next day I have a $75 charge on my card for "no show". You have no trucks yet I owe you money??? Ridiculous. Reporting to BBB and I already contacted you guys about getting a refund so I expect it promptly.

It’s the last time I ever reserve a truck at budget.Worst customer service, I called a week before to reserve a 26 ft truck and one day before the pick up date in the afternoon they text me that there is no truck available for me !!I called right away and I was told to call in the morning they might have one available.I called at 6am and they said there is no truck available yet, we will call you as soon as one is available, it’s 10 am and nobody called me back.The worst thing is that I have a moving company, and I was left with no truck to do my job.My 4 crew members were waiting for me to get a truck and my customer had no idea that the job might not be possible for lack of trucks.Budget do you know how much damage you cause to business that rely on you and reserve with enough time with you?Nobody had the decency to call me and say anything!I had to call and cancel my reservations, because you don’t bother on calling your customers if you can’t comply, and had to cancel because on top of it if you don’t cancel 48 hours prior to pick up you charge 75 dlsThat is ridiculousPeople if you have a business stay away from them, they are not responsible, call rent itThey are nice and had a truck at the last minuteI called at 7:30 am and picked up the truck at 8:00 amLiterally they saved my business reputation, I could have been in big problems with my customer because of budget

I was looking around for a truck rental to help my brother in law move had a hard time elsewhere so I looked and looked finally found this place both guys I spoke to gave me a great deal and it was even better in person great service no pressure no lies or hidden fees I was super happy with the price and the service the experience was great I will always use them when I need a truck or car rental SO IF TOU NEED A RENATL CALL THESE GUYS RHERE RHE BEST IN TOWN TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS NO ONE CAN BEAT THEM thanks guys for helping me out I wish I can give u guys 10 stars

Made our move easy! We've used them twice for renting our moving truck and they've given us discounts both times. On this last move, the battery died on our truck (we left the flashers on for hours on a hot day...oops...our bad) and they drove out and gave us a jumpstart right away. Great service!

Truly dysfunctional- some customers waiting here for 2 hrs. on a Sunday - 1 employee checks in a customer and then leaves to clean the car and bring it back. I've only been here 1 hour and I am 3 rd in line....

Completely rude! We called in to reserve an SUV drove about 40 minutes to get here just to be told that they are completely out of cars for the day. Waste of time & rude customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Also I'll be complaining to corporate.

I made a reservation to rent a truck at 5:30 PM. Arrived promptly on time to learn that they didn't have any trucks to offer me. They were expecting one back before 6:00 PM but couldn't guarantee it. They told me they closed at 6:00 PM so I should come back the following day. This was insane, as I'd made arrangements to have people help me that afternoon, not the following day. I told the person working the counter to cancel my reservation. (I went over to Uhaul instead and got exactly what I needed.) 3 weeks later, I discovered on my credit card that they charged me $75 for a "no show". When I called at 5:20 PM, I was told they couldn't refund my money because the billing department was closed and I'd have to call back the next day. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Never use this company. Go to Uhaul or anyone else for that matter.

The guy here was super nice and helped us out! We had a reservation, and they told us that we could not drop the truck off at a different location as planned, but that ended up being fine, and he extended our miles for that, which was nice. Everything was smooth, and we would definitely work with them again:)

Quick. Efficient service. Older trucks though. Competitive pricing without all the outrageous fees like some other truck rental companies. This rental company won't break the bank or give you remorse. What you see is what you get.
