I've never had a car buying experience that was this smooth and free of pressure. At no point did I feel like they were trying to hard-sell anything. Shout out to Etan for being informative but not pushy, and Francesca in financing for the same reason. Hard to find another place to shop other than here. I'll be a customer for a long time.

First off they didn't want to rotate my tires because they're Lyft wasn't capable of lifting up a 1500 Sierra. I got really upset and asked to speak to management, once I said this the representative at the front desk said don't worry sir it'll be their problem now. That was very unprofessional of the employee to say that about his peers. I asked how long would it take because my appointment was at 3:00 and I didn't know what time they closed . His response was "well it better be before 4:00 cuz that's when we close". I finally received my truck back and the front end of the vehicle was full of oil I don't understand why they couldn't even wipe off the oil smug marks. Overall I was very disappointed with this dealerships service department and I will not be returning back to this location for my future services. Very disappointing for it being a high-end vehicle retailer. My Sierra is brand new and I keep it clean all the time as a matter of fact when I took it in it was clean and they came out looking like backyard mechanics we're working on it. Horrible experience overall.

The service was fine. The representative seemed a bit distracted and was charging me a fee that was not mine, but I was clarified at the end.

I went in for free oil change given when you purchase a $90k 3500HD Denali truck and only changed oil1) no topping off of Def fluid2) no tire rotation3) Person in charge of my truck was very helpful and was not his faultSo not happy

I brought in my Buick for my AC not working. I received no correspondence at all for 5 days. If my adviser wasn’t there, no one would be able to tell me the status of my vehicle or if anything was even happening. At one point, they weren’t able to do any work on my car because the tools were locked in someone’s toolbox who doesn’t work on the weekend.When I got the car back, my tire pressure sensor was also messed up and I don’t know how to reset it. Because the car was there for so long, someone there must have noticed the warning message pop up about my tire’s psi but didn’t bother letting me know.The lack of communication was disgusting. They did fix my AC and for that I’m grateful and appreciative (it’s why I gave 3 stars as no one else could figure out the issue) but the delays and time taken were extremely unprofessional.

I took my vehicle in to be fixed after a theft. About a month later the exhaust pipe fell out while I was driving on a busy street - it was terrifying and could have caused a wreck. I had to go underneath the car and put the pipe back in for a temporary fix so that I could get home. I took the vehicle in and was told that an apprentice worked on it and did not put on the clamp correctly. It was fixed within an hour, and I was satisfied with their quick and kind service.Three weeks later, while I was driving on a busy street, the pipe fell out again forcing me to slam on the brakes, causing others behind me to quickly swerve around me. Yet again I had to crawl under my car to avoid hiring a tow truck. I took the car in for the 2nd time - they needed to order a new clamp (Which they should have done in the first place). A week later I brought in the car for the 3rd time and took a Lyft paid by the dealership home. After 4 frustrating phone calls and over an hour later the dealership arranged a Lyft to take me back to the dealership to get my car. Once I picked up my car, I noticed a crack in the windshield grew about 3-4 inches since dropping my car off that morning. I called expecting them to take responsibility for the increased damage to the car but all I got was a rude "We don't take responsibility for preexisting damage". The manager then preceded to tell me about how she recently had a crack in her windshield and took care of it quickly because she is responsible - insinuating that I am not responsible which is not true. If I wasn't a broke college student then I would also "be responsible" and get the windshield replaced.I understand that they are not liable for preexisting damage, however, I thought that considering they had nearly caused me to wreck twice and crawl underneath my car three times that they would be happy to take care of the damage that increased while the vehicle was in their care.On top of that, the first review I posted that stated these events is mysteriously gone... sounds illegal to me.

Our battery died and it was very stressful. Luckily we had s warranty still. Once we arrived at the dealership the staff was extremely nice to us and very helpful. They also have a nice waiting area with a coffee/hot chocolate machine . Overall great experience.

I went for an oil change and other periodic maintenance. I showed up on the wrong day and they could accommodate me. Everyone was professional and courteous. They also found a recalled item that I was unaware of and were able to fix. No complaints at all and I will return.

I towed my Yukon there on Monday, February 13, 2023, because the Oil Pressure Light was on and the car stated, turn off engine, they did not look at the car until Wednesday, February 15, 2023 and then charged me extra to diagnose, because the oil they added to to the car did not fix the problem, although I had already told them that it had plenty of oil. They did not know the parts arrived on Friday, February 17,2023 until I called to follow up at 2pm and the parts were there at 98:15am. They did not order the correct parts from the warranty company, so they had to get more parts and they did no fix my car until Friday, February 24, 2023, which made me have to Uber and Lyft and then pay almost $300 for a rental car, due to their negligence. I will never use them again, they are the most dishonest and unorganized bunch of buffoons.

My experience with your service department and personnel was totally great. My service advisor Rino Dagraca knows his job and does it well. He researched the best tires for my vehicle and kept me advised from start to finish. I also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service. All in all I can’t say enough nice things about my experience. It was positive from start to finish

Staff was friendly my salesman was very thorough with the technology on the car also helped me download my GMC APP and guided me through the set up process.My only negative feedback was for the overcharge on the gap insurance should have been $900 - but i was charged $1500. I just dont understand why you would do that to your customer i could have gotten it cheaper through my insurance. Maybe you guys should think about that one.
