We had the most memorable genuine experience we ever had at a See’s candy. We learned about the different flavors and textures about the chocolates. Which allow us to be satisfied with our decisions. The samples also help with our satisfactory choosing.”

“I love that they give out samples at times! Definitely a great way to get people in the door. I am a huge fan of marzipan, so the fruit-shaped marzipan treats that they offer for roughly $3-$5 is my favorite thing to buy here. There's some shaped as a pear, banana, strawberry... I wish they had much more of a selection, though. I've also had their cotton candy, chocolate, truffles, sweet candy, sour candy, soda, and sugar gem sticks. They have a lot to choose from and it is a literal sweets shop of your dreams. If prices were more reasonable, I'd get a few more things than I do. Novelty is luxury, so it's understandable.”

I stopped by on a drizzly afternoon, and even in the rain, the setup was perfect — just enough shade by the counter to stay dry while sampling their incredible selection. Everything is always fresh, made in small batches right there, and you can taste the difference immediately.

I ended up buying way more than planned (no regrets!). Their toffee is unlike anything else I’ve tried — not hard or tooth-breaking like the typical stuff. I think some people just picked the wrong candies, because everything I got was fresh and tasted amazing. This is honestly one of the best candy spots I’ve been to in LA. Huge selection, super cheap prices, and you can mix exactly what you want.
I genuinely don’t understand the people leaving 1-star reviews. For the quality and prices they have, I honestly don’t even know how this place stays this affordable. I really hope this spot stays open for a long time because places like this are rare.

They have a large selection of others I haven’t tried but they do offer samples. They have a large selection of un-ground nuts as well.”

The store is bright, loud, colorful, and packed with all kinds of sweets, giant candy, novelty stuff, and random things that make it fun to look around even if you’re not buying a ton. “I stopped by this Lolli & Pop to refill my jar that I got when they first open. The price to refill the jar is very reasonable. I really like the dinosaur gummies that they have here so that's what I filled up my jar with.

A worker from when I first came here, showed me the trick where you push down the gummies in the jar to make as much space a possible so you'll get more gummies so that's what I did. The customer service here was great when I was here tonight, there was only one lady working.”
