I dreaded and therefore delayed replacing the old, ugly GREEN carpet that was in my house when I bought it, I was sure it would be such a disruptive, expensive and anxious experience. I could not have been more wrong. Carpet Showcase was AMAZING in my recent job, carpeting two rooms in my house. They were responsive, understood my needs, flexible, nice, and the price was really fair. The installation was scheduled within days and even with moving all the furniture out and back in, was completed within half a day. The installers were on time, so careful with my things, and so patient with all of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed a room carpeted in a HUGE rush due to another vendor cancelling without even notifying me. I was making calls and spoke to Tony Kopalian at Carpet Showcase and explained the situation and rush. He had me come down and pick the carpet promising to try and get his installation team to work late. He didn't even ask for a deposit. Within 2 hours his expert installation team was on the job changing out the room's carpet. In fact his install team did a much better job than the prior installer in making the transition to other rooms smooth and easy. Tony and Carpet Showcase have my highest recommendation for going above and beyond to meet my needs and have earned a customer for all my carpet needs.

We are thrilled with the beautiful carpet and installation from Carpet Showcase. Tony is fantastic, smart, and honest with reasonable prices. He knows his products very well and helped guide us to the perfect color to compliment our home. We will continue to recommend Carpet Showcase to all of our friends and family. I have been using Carpet Showcase for a number of years now, and they are absolutely fantastic. Tony knows literally everything there is to know about flooring. Seriously he is just a wealth of knowledge. His store carries tons of product at fabulous prices. His installers are top notch, respectful, clean, and efficient. They know exactly what they're doing so there's not stress in the process for you aside from the normal stress of reflooring your home. They stand behind the products they sell and their labor of installing or removing. I would 10000000% recommend Carpet Showcase to anyone needing new flooring for any space.

We decided to change the Mexican tiles in our house to luxury vinyl. I was referred here by a friend. Excellent experience! We were able to bring some samples home to decide exactly which shade we wanted to get. Once we figured out which look was best for us the job was completed within 2 days. We also changed our base boards and added crown molding which we were able to order all at Carpet Showcase. It really felt like a 1 stop shop. When the time comes I will absolutely reuse them!

MY HOME LOOKS 20 YEARS YOUNGER!Tony Is AMAZING and SO professional and SO knowledgeable.I’ve worked with him twice over the last few months at 2 different homes, and both times my experience has been really terrific.Tony was recommended to me by a friend in real estate, whose opinion I value greatly.He has been in the flooring business forever, and having now worked with him personally, I completely trust and value his recommendations. He is honest, he is kind and he is very hands-on, coming to my home personally to do the measuring, and offering very helpful suggestions when asked.He has refinished my oak wood floors, added exactly matching wood flooring to rooms that were previously carpeted, replaced carpet, and also added some really beautiful laminate flooring to one large room.I am often shopping for the best deal, and I would say that the pricing is more than fair for the service I have received and the end result, which is nothing less than spectacular.IT’S AS IF MY HOUSE HAS HAD A GREAT FACE LIFT!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARPET SHOWCASE!!

This place is amazing. Tony helps me with both residential and commercial carpet and is always professional and the carpet is great quality. Last visit I just explained what I hoped for and I was provided with several ideal options.

Very disappointing service and non-stop lies from the owner. I bought from this store for the 3rd time and was promised all sorts of repeat customer discounts. Those never came, but I did get handed as I walked out a squirt bottle of carpet cleaner. Fast forward 15 months later and the carpet was bubbling in the center and lifting up a little in the sides. I went into the store to see about getting that fixed. I was told it's not covered after a year and that it would be a minimum of $350 or $250 if I paid cash by the owner. He also told me that he'd call me in two weeks to schedule, that never happened. I've left two messages for him and never a call back. Luckily there are other carpet stores in town who are reliable and stand behind their work. Carpet Showcase only stands behind it until they get your payment and then you're no one. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and shoddy. Work and buy elsewhere, they won't miss you.
