Beautiful showroom. Full professional service department. Be aware ask Cadillac service departments have added a $250 service charge to evaluate your vehicle. It's credited to the bill if they fix something but word to the wise.

They are friendly and helpful. Our wait was a bit longer than usual but perhaps they are dealing with less employees. 9/1 Service was handled well, waiting room was cool which was a plus with 100+ temperatures outside.
