Just got a brand new car from here and it’s already in service. The funny part is that is not even the worst part. I take the car to service to fix and I can’t even get a response from somebody. I had to text and call in twice and still no response. I am calling again today and been on hold for over 20 minutes just because I want to find out what’s wrong. The lady’s response on the phone is they are busy and will get back to you same response as yesterday. I asked to speak to the manager oh they are busy. Shame on this dealership for not having a single ounce of customer service.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your dealership on Thursday, March 6, 2025, when I visited to test drive a Buick Envista Preferred. I was greeted by a salesperson named Jordan around 9:30 am and expressed my interest in test driving the vehicle. Jordan was welcoming and offered me the chance to drive one of the vehicles on the lot.
After the test drive, I requested the black exterior version of the Buick Envista. Jordan informed me that the vehicle was located at another site about 10-15 minutes away and that he would need to retrieve it. However, after 35 minutes, he returned without the vehicle, explaining that he was unable to access it due to a missing sensor. He then had to make a second trip, which took over an hour. At this point, I had to ask another sales representative to contact Jordan for an update on the situation. Finally, Jordan arrived and shared that all the black 2025 Buick Envista Preferred models had dead batteries and could not be driven to the dealership.
Despite the delay and the inconvenience caused, I chose to continue with the process of purchasing the vehicle. During the trade-in process, I provided proof of ownership for my vehicle, but Jordan informed me that the title, which included the lender’s information, wasn’t sufficient. I explained that I owned the car outright and no longer had a lien, and I asked if we could contact Capital One Auto Finance to verify my ownership. Jordan declined, stating that it wasn’t possible and that I would need to go to the DMV for further proof. This didn’t make sense to me, but I agreed.
Unfortunately, no other representative stepped in to clarify or reassure me that this was the proper procedure for trading in an out-of-state vehicle. After a long wait and continuous frustration, I decided to leave. Upon calling Capital One Auto Finance after leaving, I was informed that I could have authorized them to fax the necessary documents to the dealership as proof of ownership.
Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I felt that my time was not valued, and the lack of follow-up or communication left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I hope this feedback will help improve future customer interactions, as I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient experience.

My problem wasn’t solved although they tried, my back up camera shows blockage at the top corners. A new camera ordered and the same issue. The dealership called GM and they were told to compare to another Regal. The issue with that you’re not going to find a 2019 Regal Buick or beyond because they stop putting the Regal Buick in the USA market or may have stopped making them all together! In the meantime I’m screwed thanks @GM for nothing.

Negative review and the lowest rating from visiting this car dealership! I came to buy a GMC Yukon and spent a long time looking for a sales manager. The employees were carried away by a conversation with each other, and when I entered the car dealership, one of the employees simply closed the door in front of me. Rudeness and contemptuous attitude are the hallmark of this car dealership. I have no desire to buy a car in this car dealership anymore, and I do not advise others to do so. And finally, I came with money with the desire to buy, and not just look, but apparently the employees did not like my face or there was another reason for this attitude.

Just brought in my 2017 GMC Acadia Denali for electrical problems. 10 Days later and a changed battery later I took somewhere else, I drive off the lot and have the same issues while being told they checked everything. Service was shit as they always told me everyone was gone for the day when that wasn't true. Fighting the credit card company over this charge.

I brought my car in for servicing specifically to get it ready for a road trip across the country. Two of my challenges were addressed, however, one remains outstanding and a new one was created - can’t put my back seats down, making the move across country even more challenging. Despite my explaining the situation and telling them that the issue was created by the service center, they did not offer a suitable solution ahead of my departure date. So, the move will be even more challenging and I will have to pay someone else to diagnose and fix a new issue that they created.

Terrible service was provided by a woman who really treats people indifferently. The truth is that for a position like this you need a kind person. I'm not crazy about going back to that place. Racist lady.

This dealer ship is the worst.......Getting a rental car is like pulling teeth. My GMC truck has been a disaster.....It has spent multiple weeks in service for multiple issues.....
Everyone at the service desk has turned into a robot no personality...no one helps. I bought two new trucks here last year and I get treated like crap. I will never buy a GMC again.

The experience at this location was extremely bad! I was initially interested in purchasing a car, but the saleswoman Mariola made it a terrible experience. She lacked knowledge about the vehicle, forcing us to constantly ask questions, and her responses were frustratingly vague. One thing she was talkative about was the heat and weather.
There was only one car available for us to view, and it had a chip in it; she claimed the others were down the street, which didn’t make any sense... The entire process was confusing, and when we asked for clarification on things, her response was dismissive.
By the time I left, I was completely repelled from buying the car after that; they ruined the entire experience. The complete opposite of what you should feel leaving the car dealership??
It was a frustrating and strange experience. Not like the last time I bought my car. Would NOT recommend.

Worst Customer Service
I went to the dealership with my pregnant wife to explore car purchasing and leasing options. Instead of a welcoming and professional experience, we were met with a shocking level of disrespect. The salesperson ushered us into her office and proceeded to engage in a hostile argument over pricing without even offering a vehicle demonstration. When we politely requested a test drive before making a decision, we were outright refused.
It is utterly unacceptable to treat potential customers, especially expectant mothers, with such poor behavior. This dealership's behavior is not only unprofessional but also potentially exploitive, considering the circumstances. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing/leasing a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. This review seems to be common from reading the rest of the reviews. Take them at face value and go somewhere else. We learned the hard way. Also, looks like they respond to bad reviews with apologies. Apologies fall flat and are meaningless without changing behavior. They need to learn the difference between saying sorry and amending a wrong.

Wow. Military discount is $500 for protecting freedom and Costco members get $1000 off for shopping. I know where I’m not wanted. Never going to shop where I’m not appreciated.

I bought a gmc 1500 diesel that had a carbon pro bed. I went to buy a shell for the truck, found out there are no options for the carbon pro bed. Would of been nice if the sale rep mentioned to me that this bed could not accommodate any bed accessories. I even told the sale rep that I was going to buy a shell for the truck.
