The staff is amazing they make the process easy. definitely recommend Omar very courteous and knowledgeable salesperson. The car was detailed by the dealership. Yliana who assisted me with the documentation was very transparent with all details about the contract and warranties. Definitely recommend this BMW dealership to purchase your vehicleUpdate : Since buying the car I've had an amazing experience with the vehicle and I do recommend everyone purchase the oil package they offer and as always treating the car with good care and on top of maintenance you should be fine , this dealership sells good new and used vehicles . Currently at 130k on the X6 & it's looking like this bad boy going to make it to 200k easy ?

BECAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO SEE THE CAR YOU ARE TRYING TO PURCHASE. THEY WILL DO A "BAIT AND SWITCH" TACTIC WHICH IS ILLEGAL. AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THE ISSUE THAT THEY HAVE CAUSED WHICH IS TO ILLEGALLY OBTAIN A CREDIT REPORT WITHOUT A SIGNED CREDIT APP OR VERBAL APPROVAL. THEYRE DEFENCE IS THAT WE GAVE THE INFORMATION. THAT IS CORRECT WE DID THE GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION BEING UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE VEHICLE WE WANTED TO PURCHASE WAS ON THE LOT AND AVAILABLE AND WAS CONFIRMED BY THE SALES GUY AND MANAGER.THIS IS THE SHORTER VERSION OF THE STORY. BUT BUYER BEWARE!!! I EVEN GAVE THEM THE OPPOURTUNITY TO CORRECT THIS AND NO ONE CARES NOT 1 PERSON ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. NOW I HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH TRANSUNION FOR THE ILLEGAL CREDIT PULL THAT THEY DID AND WILL NOT FIX. OH AND TO REPLY TO THE SALES REPS COMMENT THAT IM JUST "MAD BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE CAR" BECAUSE PER THEYRE DEALERSHIP WE WERE DENIED. WELL BUDDY LOOK IT UP I STILL GOT THE CAR AS A MATTER OF FACT I ENDED UP PURCHASING THE CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND GOT A 2024 X3 M PACKAGE FOR LESS THAN YOU WERE GOING TO LEASE IT TO ME FOR.

A great place to service your BMW, Jesus (Jesse) my assigned care rep is available via text, super responsive and the whole team there is fast, efficient and friendly.Just brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for an emergency issue and they fixed that + another issue on the spot despite being super busy, super fast, 5 stars all the way.

A few weeks ago I purchased a used 2017 BMW X3, the sales team and finance personnel were nice. However, when we left the dealership we noticed the break light was not working, they forgot to include the floor mats, and the back seats weren't properly cleaned as they stated. I sent a text to the sales person who told us to bring the car by the following Monday (already an inconvenience). We brought the car by and they fixed the break light, however stated they didn't have the mats (assuming they lost them at this point). I sent another text notifying them of the still missing mats and was told they would arrive soon via fed ex. This was a couple of weeks ago, I have sent several follow up texts with no response. I have had several BMW's and always had impeccable service, this has been an anomaly with the brand and really poor reflection on this dealership.... and I still don't have the mats.

Our 5 series BMW with 42,000 miles broke down near this dealer.We had the car towed to assess for repairs. We were told that we needed to repair a fuel injection problem, and they tacked on some other potential repairs, but not related to why the car failed.We had them repair the fuel injection problem, and a few days later my husband picked up the car and paid them.We do not live in the valley, and as he was driving over the hill to the west side, the car failed in exactly the way it failed when we brought it in to BMW of Sherman Oaks. Basically, the $1500 plus repair lasted 5 miles.My husband left a message for his contact at the repair shop and never received a response.The car was not drivable, and we certainly weren’t going to have it towed all the way to the valley. We decided to use a repair business proximate to where we live to assess the car. We had the car towed to them.This local repair shop explained to us, that BMW of Sherman Oaks either never repaired our car, placed in faulty parts, or only did a partial job.I looked at a number of reviews of the repair shop at BMW of Sherman Oaks, and there were many reviews stating that people kept returning because their car still did not work and they were up sold more and more supposedly needed repairs.We are senior citizens, and not proximate to BMW of Sherman Oaks so we did not intend to continuously bring our car back. Additionally, the car is still not drivable.After I completed a yelp review, I was given the name of a repair manager. I contacted him and he stated that the expectation was that we would keep bringing the car back to them over and over until they got it right. That’s completely unacceptable and we want for reimbursement. We brought them a car that stopped working, and after they fixed it, we still had a car that’s not working.BMW of Sherman Oaks will take no responsibility for never repairing our car and charging us almost $1600.We are currently disputing the charges with our credit card company, and if that doesn’t work, we will take further measures.Do not use this dealership particularly never allow them to repair your car and never accept a used car certified by them because they clearly are incapable of repairing a car and they expect the owner to keep returning until they get it right.This is their opportunity to up charge you and wear you down.This is by far the worst experience we have ever had with any car repair service over the last 50 years.

Very disappointed. We sent them a message at 9 when they opened to let them know we were coming to purchase a car. We told them we are on the way after stopping at the bank picking up the check to pay and they decided to keep the car on the lot and was being sold as we were driving into the parking lot. Horrible customer service.

I don’t know where to begin. The entire experience was wonderful. I especially want to thank Brenda for making this happen for me! Brenda is an asset here. I do not live local, yet there was no conflict or nuisance with attempting to purchase a vehicle. Brenda was able to get me approved for a deal on a BMW x2. I was attempting to finance an x2 elsewhere and came across a vehicle here. Even though it sold, she offered me the same vehicle and honestly I loved it even more! Even though I was not able to go to the dealership that same day, Brenda was able to work with me. She made sure the vehicle was secured and ready for me the day I was able to go in. Her professionalism is honesty remarkable. I unfortunately could not make the set time frames or appointments I had scheduled due to distance and Uber cancellations, but Brenda remained patient. I truly appreciate that she went out of her way and had everything ready for me. The car was detailed and gorgeous. Even upon arrival at dealership, the atmosphere is amazing. Elias had a great conversation with me, as well as offered snacks/beverages. He later went on a test drive with me, showing me all of the car features in detail—-which I am so grateful for! He even took the time to help me set up the Apple CarPlay when I was leaving(thank you Elias!). I want to thank Adela in financing for the great deal and extra warranty, you are truly amazing! Thank you for making this happen for me. I had a remarkable experience and will refer friends, family and colleagues looking for a quality vehicle.

Friend used BMW Roadside Assistance to pick up his m3 after a tire had blown. When arriving to the service department the tow truck driver was not careful and cracked the front splitter and scraped the rear lip. After he mentioned that it will be fixed and to not worry. Bmw Of Sherman Oaks refuses to fix or reimburse the cost of the damage because there is no proof of it being damaged by the driver despite there being an entire video of the pieces being damaged.

There are many reasons they only have a 2.9....I took my car for a service and they told me I needed all these things that were not broken. I then took to another BMW dealer and they didn't find any of the same problems. These service people are scammers as they make more on the more you spend.

This is an update to my recent two reviews regarding the ongoing saga with BMW of Sherman Oaks.I did receive a callback from the service manager, and after I explained the situation and he looked into it, he explained to me that the expectation of BMW of Sherman Oaks is that we continually have the car towed back-and-forth between our home and their service facility until the car is fixed. This could be 2 to 10 visits. He took no responsibility for the fact that driving the car home after being told it was fixed , my husband could barely get home and upon getting home the car was no longer drivable.Calls to their service department were not returned. In reading other reviews on this site, it appears that BMW of Sherman Oaks does not adequately fix cars and requires people to keep coming back and are continuously up charged for each visit. My husband left a message for his service contact when the car failed on the way home regarding any warranty of the service performed. Again, he never received a call back. During my call with this service manager, he said that the paperwork contained a warranty on the back. We reviewed the paperwork and the print was tiny and completely blurred, making it almost impossible to read. What we could decipher, regarding any warranty, referred to new vehicles only.He offered us 1/3 of what we paid for them not repairing our car. We decided to go ahead with the credit card company dispute, because the entire amount is the least of what they should return to us. Ultimately, they caused us to lose many thousands of dollars of the cars worth because the car was no longer drivable greatly lowering its trade-in value.My conclusion is that after reading many other reviews posted here, talking to the service manager, and finding that the service contract is unreadable, BMW of Sherman Oaks has a scam of making car owners constantly return to the service department so they can upsell additional repairs. Expecting us to have our car breakdown when we drive away from a service is unrealistic and completely unethical.
