Very rude parking attendant. I told him i would be gone for 2 minutes and he gave me the okay. I came back and there was a ticket on my car he literally started writing it the second i left. When i confronted him why he said I was good and he did this, he just said I don’t care. I will be switching banks as this treatment of customers will not be tolerated.

We came into this location after two others were too busy to help us open a new account for my daughter. I know normally you need to make an online appointment to do this, but we were in a rushed situation. SEAN the young bank representitive did an outstanding job in ficilitating this for us. Everything went flawlessly...

Bad customer service. Staff is dismissive and lazy. You get more professional service from McDonalds employees. Long lines for service coupled with that "we can't" attitude guarantees, a bad banking experience for all. Years ago when they had a branch at Sepulveda and Ventura, it was quite the opposite. They couldn't do enough to help you. My request to Chase management is to clean house and close this underperforming branch.

Difficult to get timely service here. For 20 years I have kept sizable deposits with them but I am always told that I need an appointment when I come for help. Tellers are nice. Bankers not always. Today, Stephanie abruptly walked away when I tried to get help. She told me to go to a teller and make an appointment. I did this. The teller told me that she couldn't make appointments, that she would give a note to Stephanie who might call me back. Too difficult to get help here. I'm moving to a more organized branch.

I had been trying to get documentation I needed for a home loan from regarding my chase credit card for a home loan for two days and over 4 hours on the phone. It's standard stuff that zillions of people must call about daily, but I was told it was faxed twice and by almost the end of business on day two which was friday I was freaking out because I knew they were going to tell me it had to be monday now which would put my loan process off further. they dumped me in a que for a manager (supposedly) that was 57 minutes wait in the end. at the 20 minute point I drove to this branch. I explained to two of the bankers (not tellers) what I needed, why it was time sensitive and how I couldn't get help for 2 days on the phone - and was now on 45 minutes into holding AGAIN. They both said there was nothing they could do, I just had to keep calling in. Bull. If I was wealthy or a business they would have helped. They just didn't want to. We all know they have ways of getting in touch with other departments if they want to. If I had more money, they would have.

Unbelievable!!! I had an urgent need to open a business account immediately. With no appointment made, I thought I would at least try to see if someone can assist me. Although Stephanie appeared to be extremely busy, she, without hesitation, came out to greet me and with a welcoming smile said she would help. She didn't know I had multiple different business transactions that would require a lot more time than the average. Yet, she was incredibly professional, attentive to my needs, calm and collective, thoughtful looking out for something I perhaps was not aware, and clearly an expert at what she does. Thank you CHASE for having Stephanie on your Team for 15 years!!!!!

I decided to take my business to this branch because of the positive reviews. I scheduled an appointment within the Chase App, and was automatically set to meet with David. My experience at David's desk was incredible! The respect, kindness, thoroughness, and patience he showed me was exactly what I wish all customer service interactions would be like. I highly recommend this location for your banking needs.

This is a very good chase location.I have known David Veitch for many years and he is amazing.Everyone is very helpful and kind and always willing to jump in and give a hand.I have had amazing encounters with David V, Armen, and Nilou.the parking is always available and the branch is always clean.

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.
