This review is for Angela. I came in the other day to get my nails done without an appointment and they took me right in. Luckily I got sat with Angela and I couldn't be more happier with my nails and her service. This was my first time getting Gel X done on my nails because they do not offer acrylic there. It is a lot more expensive for Gel X so I honestly didn't want to get it done but my boyfriend paid for my nails and told me just to do it. I love the way they turned out. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Angela is the first person who actually talked to me the entire time and got to know me and I got to know her. She is such a hard worker and I admire a lot of things about her! I wish I lived closer so that she could be my regular nail tech but I will be back for sure and make the trip when I am able to. Everyone was extremely nice and kind to me . I came in a few days ago and made sure to get their business card and write down Angela's name so that I could write her a review when I had the time.

Terrible experience. I went to book an appointment and left with a terrible haircut and perm. It was not an ideal situation and will be seeking a new hairdresser after this unfortunate event. Terrible etiquete and very rude about the service.

Worst customer service ever. Please save your time and money and don't come here because they are rude and all those nasty women think they are on top of the world. I called to make an appointment and told me to come at 3 pm that same day and when I arrived they told me it was an error and they didn't have anyone to attend me. Those people are so lazy and don't want to provide services and should be closed.

Came in to only check the prices.. turns out it is too expensive for me. Tried to check how much is the combo mani and pedi but the lady upfront was so rude and unprofessional.

This place is amazing! They really are masters at their craft! They've completely transformed my hair! And my nails look amazing every time! If you're looking for somewhere good with blondes/extensions/nails they are a must see!

Can here in a pinch last minute. They took three of us as walk-ins and treated us like queens. The ladies were so friendly and talkative, it was fun and I will be back as often as I can.

Horrible experience. I waited for someone to do my pedicure and they kept helping other walk-in. I was trying not to take it personally but they would look at me and just not help me... never again.. I work just as hard as everyone else . my money is just as good.. dont come here if you dont look like everyone else...

I have been coming to this salon for my nails for the past year. Lynn is the best- she is sweet, always is professional, and does an amazing job with manicures and pedicures. She is always thorough when doing my toes, which can be difficult sometimes because I get ingrowns. She takes her time and makes sure it's right. The price is pretty similar to other salons in the area, but it includes massage, exfoliation, and hot towel. The salon is always clean. At times the front desk women are not the friendliest, unfortunately, which is why only 4 stars. I will keep coming back to see Lynn!

I have been going to this salon for over a year and I have been getting the same exact service, acrylic full sets or refill. There is nothing that I don't love about Chez Salon and Spa. I have tried different nail technicians but my regular and favorite is Lucy !!!!! She is actually the most amazing nail technician that I have ever had :). She is very patient and has a very big smile on her face every single time. Good job Chezzzzzz !!!!!!!! Long story short, excellent customer service, clean salon and professional staff. Keep it up !!!!!!

I usually dont trust my nails with anyone, but hands down this was one of my favorite nail spas i have ever been to Sherman Oaks. I used to go to nail garden almost 2 years now which is very close to chez salon but the reason why I started going to chez was because the girl named Yvette... she did mine and i was obseesed with my nails for the whole time that i had that nude color on. She was very honest and recommended me the best, long lasting colors and brands. She is very sweethearted and this 5 starts are not only for her speciality but for her big heart and sweet personality that she has. She stand out the most and she always takes her time whatever shes doing for her clients to keep them satisfied and happy. Even though I have to drive every 2/3 weeks to sherman oaks for 30min in this horrible usual traffic I would defenitly will do so because YES IT WORTH IT.

Excellent staff, best prices, great job. Love this place so much. Lucy Syuzi and Edgar are one of the best ones. No words that can describe how great they're doing their job.
