Worst bank EVERRRRRR! I just opened an account and can't withdraw any funds! They want my life history before I can withdraw any or all my funds! And this is after opening a business account with a banker with my articles of corporation! OMG! What happened???? What changed??!?!?! I am being treated like a criminal now!!!!!!!!

This is buy far the worst bank in the entire world I had the worst experience at this location on October 7 2020 around 11 am the manager was out rude I had a el Salvador passport and they wouldn't accept it she accused me of saying the wrong information is ridiculous im still upset over this i closed my account with them they suck they are unprofessional i was trying to withdraw money and they made me feel discriminated she told me I have to go back where I opne my bank account which was 100 miles drive in order to get some money or temporary debit card so stupid they had me waiting for 2 hours just to send me back to where I open my bank account I don't recommend this bank they always make mistakes

I walked into the branch livid because they had closed my account without authorization because I used my UPS mailbox address to open my account because the homeless in the area had been stealing my mail. Well, their fraud department flagged it as fraud and blocked my account. I walked into the branch really upset. The branch manager Allie took care of me, and I hope upper management recognizes her. I was going to write Citibank off but she is the reason I will go back and re-open my account with them. I wish the banking center hours were longer.

The Citibank is violating my right to update my legal name. I've tried several times to update my information in the bank and, by excuses and lies, Citibank does not allow me this right.

This bank , always make you wait, and make mistake frequently, I am regraded I open credit card with them, Today I made a payment for $82.70 for my credit card at the branch, the teller proceeds my check as $827.00 on my receipt, trying to call customer service they can not even trace the payment, They do not know how to handle such a mistake, Hopefully the feds would investigate them soon enough before they damage people's account.

Horrible Bank can not believe they are still in business. The are treating our Senior Citizen as if they are no longer worth a return phone call. Fraud is ok to them. Fraudulent Checks were written on account and it was so obvious , they paid the check and now will not return the $3000. back into my account . After calling them 30 times I have only received 3 return phone calls. Beware your money is not safe at this bank. This happened in June 2018 and still trying to get some help. I am 89 years old and this has been a terrible experience to go thru and no one at Citi Bank seems to want to help me.
