Plus if you come in at the right time, you can catch a lesson of something that adds just a little extra benefit to each visit. “Honestly… with my liquid damage on my 2024 Mac laptop with “juice” ?… at that and a non removable memory board…this was a better experience than I could imagine. My worst nightmare was losing my data… and everything chat gpt told me on what to do I did wrong…. Do not try and turn it back on and don’t use a blow dryer. Just turn it upside down…fyi ?
Not only did he repair my computer but I got my data… and since my computer screen was unrepairable he let me borrow a monitor until I can afford buying a new screen…
Crazy thing is I was refered by a friend from NY who happened to be in town when he needed assistance for his computer. As big as I am about reviews I often feel tech guys are still gonna be less personable and all about the money. Well I was glad to have met “Eman” who made me feel reassured and comfortable with leaving my computer with him and not coming back with more costs then expected. He is honest and very respectful. makes sure he tries his best just to make customers happy. He had 3 differnt techs work on it. Bought a part that cost almost as must as he quoted me and still didn’t add more on top. I gave him a tip just for being kind and I hope others too too and get to leave with the same rejoice I did.
I cried when he gave me the news on my computer, not just cause he resolved my problem but because there aren’t as many kind people like that in that industry let alone in the world.
