Incompetent pharmacist working 6/7/23 RUDE a\\u0026\\u0026hole. Lost my prescription twice then tried to blame it on my doctor and finally he hung up on me when I raised my voice in frustration. I am having all prescriptions sent back to Rite Aid after years of using what used to be good pharmacy. I will never come back to this location for anything. Update: a woman called and left me a voicemail saying they can no longer refill my narcotics. I don’t take narcotics and apparently they don’t know the difference , but it goes show just how incompetent and immature CVS is.

I was waiting for Sarah to mix my medicine and the other guy his name from his badge was Steve Kim came to the register where I stood and waiting for Sarah, and crumpled my receipt; he wanted to through it away, then I told him that's mine he told me you couldn't stay over there and I need to use this register for other patients while still waiting for my medicines so he was so rude and I don't know why was that he was that such a rude person to me.

Lots of selection and many varied products along with a good Pharmacy make this a favorite place to visit on a weekly basis. They recently rearranged the store which made it difficult to find items. We really do not appreciate it when stores like this change where everything is. I would give a 5 star rating if it weren't for them changing the locations of their products. Very frustrating for my wife because she cannot see well.

Your survey questions asking whether a pharmacy associate greeted me and whether they offered to help me should have Not Applicable as a possible response. I was there is pick up a Rx that was ready. Waited for a free window. Of course the person at the window said hello and helped me pay. D*** questions that are not going to help CVS improve service. This comment is about the survey, not about my experience at CVS.

My doctor called in my prescription on a Wednesday. I went to pick it up that Saturday, but the pharmacist told me that they never received the call from the doctor (I know for a fact that this is a lie). My doctor then tried to call in my prescription immediately, but waited on hold for 25 minutes without an answer. The doctor then called the nearest Walmart pharmacy: the pharmacist picked up immediately, provided friendly service and told my doctor the prescription would be ready in an hour. The pharmacists at this CVS should be ashamed.

My doctor called a prescription in to CVS. I received an email through "My Chart" saying that it was approved and has been sent over. I proceeded to check my app for CVS and it said it was processing. I was going to be out and not have any more medication so it was very important that I picked it up. I sent a friend to get it because I'm quarantining. As I'm on speaker at the pharmacy with my friend and one of the pharmacist they claimed they canceled it and then another lady came up and said oh we never got it I went back to my app and it had disappeared. Therefore all weekend I'll be without my medication and I have proof through my app through my chart where it was processing and they just decided to cancel it or they claim it was never received well we know that's a lie because I have screenshots of them processing and end the dates. So here I am this weekend either having to spend all my time in the ER or just just go through withdraws. CVS is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced across-the-board. This is a Sherman Oaks Pharmacy

I had the booster shot scheduled a week ago and two hours before my appointment today I received a text stating that it had been canceled with no explanation. I tried to call but of course that never works as you end up just talking to a robot on the phone or they have you on hold for most of the day. Fairly disappointing and I'll just wait to get the booster shot another time at another place and not rely on making an appointment at CVS . I think I would've not had such an issue if they had a reason for the cancellation and if it didn't happen two hours prior to the appointment

This pharmacy sucks in every way possible. They are unorganized and text message me to pick up a prescriptions they don't even have in stock. After waiting in the line for 30 minutes I'm not waiting in another line just for them to tell me that I can't get my prescription

Arecile and the manager at the night shift have horrible customer service. They ignored me when I wanted to check out and pay cash. They refused to help me at check out since I wanted to pay cash. The checkout stations didn't even have bags. Worst CVS in town!

Just don't make this your pharmacy ... don't. Constantly understaffed, overwhelmed, total chaos at this place. You can feel how stressed and overwhelmed the pharmacists are. They try to be helpful but it's just insanity in here.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Long lines. Angry employees. Total disorganization. Nothing good . Wish I could give no stars. And now reading the other reviews: they clearly don't care. And don't blame Covid. You were a mess before and a bigger mess now.

Saturday Nov. 30 2021 my husband and myself got the appointment to get the booster shot for Covid 19.... at 3;30 pm The process was smooth, received my vaccine 15 minutes late from my scheduled appoint... that I can tolerate.. so many people there for the same purpose.. HOWEVER, there were two very important issues I want to address: 1) The person who administered the shots ( injections) to the customers did not followed the infection control techniques...NO GLOVES were changed between giving shots to customers. Upon questioning her, she said " I didn't change for the last three customers.. but I will do so now" 2) She was not wearing a name tag , so no one can ID her... I asked if she was a pharmacist or a licensed nurse, she said she was an RN. This is so scaring that an RN, a trained Health Professional , did not follow the infection control technique when administering injections to people. Cross contamination and transmission of blood born diseases can be a real problem when gloves were not change between customers. I hope the management at CVS will read my report and will do some infection control training/ quality assurance compliance to the staff at CVS..
