The pharmacy intentional make you wait and tells you that you should be grateful that they give you the prescription
Leadership organization all missing
Worst experience
Pharmacy staff should be fired and replaced
CVS on Havenhurst go there
Never here

Just came from there. 6 months pregnant and this Hispanic gentalman at the register would not let me use the restroom. Shame on you young man! You do not belong in customer service :/ I had to go to a BAR to use a bathroom.

It’s convenient that this particular CVS pharmacy is open 24 hrs but it always has extremely long lines and very very slow service. Be prepared to wait over 1.5 hrs from the time a prescription is sent.

The CVS employee by the name of Cindy that works at the Sherman Oaks, CA location on Ventura Blvd was extremely rude and insulting to me and another customer telling us to leave and shouting out Bye bye with hand gestures today, Sunday afternoon on August 23, 2025. Cindy needs to be terminated for the CVS customers’ health and safety. She’s horrible!!!

For 2 days my app said something had to be done to get my pending prescription. I called and left messages 7 times. I also sent 2 messages through the app. I finally went in today to speak to them Since no one called me back. They resolved the problem and filled the prescription with a short apology. I promptly got into my car to go home and called Ralph’s pharmacy from the car (they answered the phone!) and transferred all my prescriptions.

Narges and Armen went out of their way. The world of Insurance and medicine has become bureaucratic and problematic. And at a qqtime when people can’t afford basic stuff, these two went out of their way to help me along just one more month. And for Narges maybe it was just Her trying a couple of clicky clack things on her computer, but for me, it meant a lot. Some angels do fly at night As I went in at about 10 pm.
It’s very easy for Us to hate on big companies, but it’s also important for us to acknowledge the day-to-day people that make our incremental days better.
I got that Tonight

CVS at 14426 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks used to be my go-to simply because it was open 24 hours—a rare and incredibly convenient thing in LA. I didn’t have to check the time or rush out of work early—I could just go. That alone earned it my loyalty for years. But lately, the experience has taken a nosedive. The real issue is the pharmacy: you’ll often find five people behind the counter and only one actually helping customers. Meanwhile, a long line snakes through the aisle and no one seems to notice—or care. It’s not a staffing issue, it’s a leadership one. The store itself is reasonably well-organized and the staff can be helpful—once you manage to get their attention. But the inconsistency and lack of urgency at the pharmacy have pushed me to move my prescriptions elsewhere. The 24-hour perk no longer outweighs the frustration of standing in line for half an hour while the team behind the counter rotates between ignoring the queue and chatting with each other. Three stars because it still technically gets the job done—nicely or terribly; it’s hit or miss.

Probably one of the slowest and most unorganized pharmacies in Los Angeles! The employees at thr pharmacy are useless. They deserve ZERO stars. Do NOT send your prescriptions here.

The absolute worst pharmacy maybe ever. Nothing is ever ready. The woman pharmacist from eastern Europe is so rude it’s insane. She asked me if I spoke English (I’m white from Arizona) and when I posed the same question back to her she told me I was racist (she’s also white.) Very confusing interaction. — Otherwise, the staff tries their best to be friendly. Only reason for two stars and not one. The CVS as a whole is decent too. They just NEVER have my prescriptions ready, and again… woman pharmacist is rude as all hell.
