Do not use this CVS.
They advertise that they take passport photos, but they do not.
Even though they have the passport photos sign, in their windows, and in their stores.
They have the set up, but apparently they do not do it.
Waste of time.

Beware. Do not buy gift cards from this place. I purchased a gift card from Amazon at this location. For the first time I got a tampered gift card, when peeling the claim code was unreadable missing the middle characters. Amazon can't resolve this so I'm hanging with a large amount of money. Also for the first time they asked to scan my ID to sell me this tampered gift card. Avoid getting gift cards from this location or from CVS at all cost!

CVS at 5601 Van Nuys Blvd, it is a really wonderful place. I have been a customer for years now. I had always experienced an excellent service from them. Andrew and the Manger Jenna they're both MIRACLE workers, and they're always going an extra mile to help and serve. THANK YOU ❤️.

The staff here are so patient and friendly. My transaction was not simple, and they were very accommodating and polite. I had a challenging day, and it’s ending on a relaxed note because of them. I couldn’t thank them enough💝

Prescriptions are never ready on time. They harass you nonstop though with phone calls for refills despite telling them to stop.

Be aware of scam at this store!!!! Do NOT buy gift cards here. I bought $600 worth of Ebay gift card. The real cards are supposed to have 13 digits but the ones I bough from this CVS has only 11 digits. I was scammed at this store. I called the manager and they said though luck. I acknowledged purchase, which looks real on the screen. I am out $600 and CVS nor Ebay can fix it.
