5 Stars – Great Service and Reliable Car!
I rented a car during a really difficult time, I have school presentation and exams and I’m so grateful for the support I received. The car was in great condition and very reliable—it truly helped me get through the situation. On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind and even gave me a ride home. Their help made a big difference, and I highly recommend them!

I like this location. The staff are always pleasant and the car selection is decent. They provide you with a courtesy lift if you live within a few miles, which is great.

My recent experience with Enterprise in Sherman Oaks, CA was very positive. Charles was cordial, efficient, and very helpful. After dropping off my rental car and realizing that I was in a hurry to get home, rather than waiting a while for the shuttle driver to return from transporting another customer and knowing that I lived only about a mile away, he gave me a ride home. I have rented cars when needed at Enterprise/Sherman Oaks over the past 13-14 years, and this was my best experience yet. Many thanks for Charles!
