I have mixed reviews because this facility has in the past been very helpful and accommodating while I have been living out of the country. The past manager, Rodrigo, always did his best to problem solve and keep me updated on the ongoing changes and updates at the facility. However, in recent months, management has changed and it has been really difficult to get a hold of someone on the ground. I’ve had an issue with the website portal and logging in and was directed to Roxanne, who I haven’t heard back from in recent months. I have called multiple times a week with no answer and unfortunately the voicemail box has been full.
I understand that with new management it takes time for things to settle, so I’m hoping for a quick resolution so I can update this review and continue enjoying a 5 ✮ service.

Roxanne has made my experience with Extra Space Storage so easy! She has been available to answer any questions I might have and has always taken the time to make sure I understand every step of the process from moving in, to moving out, to working the gates or using the app. I’ve used other storage facilities in the past and I’ve never had anything come close this experience. Thank you so much for being so helpful.
