I randomly came across this shop when I needed work on my car, he took me in as a walk-in and was able to work on it right away. Steve is the owner, he's so friendly! Great service, recommending to all my friends. It's hard to find a trusting mechanic, so happy I found this place. Reasonable prices too!

I am very happy with the service I received from Hi Quality Motors. The owner, Steve, is highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled. He put in the time to pinpoint my transmission problem and was able to fix it quickly. Fees were very reasonable. Steve is friendly, accommodating and thorough. Steve was great! Fixed up my A/C a couple of weeks ago when it was blazing hot in LA and i overcharged the freon. Offered me a good price. Also came in for an oil leak/brake pad replacement and had it ready within the next day! He treats you like family and would reccomend him 100% if you are in the area.

My fiancé and I just moved to the area and were searching for a reliable mechanic after my car engine kept dying randomly. We had been to several different shops in the area who told us that they either couldn’t figure out the issue or that it was going to be expensive to trial and error the problem. I recently took in my Mercedes after noticing some unusual engine noises, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and highly professional. They really know their Mercedes!
The technician, Steve was helpful. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that I could understand.
The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready by the next day. Since the repair, my car has been running smooth.
It's rare to find such reliable and trustworthy service.
