After over a year of -both our friends and us-totally boycotting this store, we had to return to this store in search for a size exchange. To our big surprise, store looked organized and clean and the people working there looked and talked in a decent manner. Huge change!!!! Samuel Cruz ( one of the managers) , a very pleasant , professional AND polite gentleman assisted us and did his utmost to locate the size we needed . Seems the company is finally coming to its senses by doing some damage control by bringing professionals instead of those thugs it had hired in the past who did nothing but damage H&M image. We hope that is the case. i

The female manager was the rudest. I can not believe I was treated so poorly by a store leader. I went to exchange an item due to incorrect size and had the hardest time doing so. I understand H&M has updated the policy for return/exchange without a receipt. However, working with a customer who is a member of their reward program I would expect better customer service. I was able to find my digital receipt to make the exchange. The manager still failed to bag my items, say sorry for the inconvenience, or thank you. I will not return to this location again.

I had an unpleasant experience today in this store (H&M Fashion square in Sherman oaks)It’s almost 8years that I shop here and I have my dog always with me with the stroller. She is emotional support animal. I never had problems at all during these years. Today When I was waiting in line my dog barked a little bit and one of the cashier complained about the barking and said next time I have to leave the store. That was so RUDE. I work in a bank and I know what customer service should be. I wish I knew her name. That’s not a good way to treat a customer. Showing this much of attitude and rudeness to a customer is unacceptable. I hope the store manager takes some serious action about it. I will give ZERO to this store and of course to her.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The Manager (Ashely) refused to take back my online returns because it would "hurt the quota" for her store. She said that she wouldn't take back anything over $50. I had all my receipts (3 separate orders") and am a HM member. She finally agreed to process 1 return and said I could go to another store to return the others. As if that's convenient? She showed me on her in-store receipt language that she could refuse to return "excessive" returns. $50 is excessive? Not to mention that the vague language is only on in-store receipts and is not posted in the online return language. I will be making a complaint to corporate.

Clothing is horrible over the past year. So cheaply made! I left once again with nothing since they only had most items only in size small. Not coming back ever! Everyone who works here looks miserable. Don't worry we understand why. Thank you Google!

They have the WORST return policy!!! Be warned, if you aren't a member, download their app & become a MEMBER, so they track your purchases, then you don't have to worry about a receipt for returns! Otherwise, they give store creditI showed my credit card/bank statement, but NO!! They need to scan the barcode in order to give an adjustment or credit for returns!!! Buyer beware

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at one of the local stores. Despite being a long-time customer, I was subjected to disrespectful and utterly unprofessional behavior from the store staff, Marcus and Caroline.I visited the store to return one item and exchange a pair of pants. Instead of a simple process, it turned into a distressing ordeal. Both Marcus and Caroline insinuated my items were not in their original condition. The items had tags and the receipt.What was worse, this entire incident occurred publicly at the cashier desk, leading to an embarrassing and intimidating situation where I was accused and ridiculed.This experience was far from the quality service I have associated with the brand. It deeply concerns me that others might also be subjected to similar treatment. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure it does not happen in the future.

Sub-zero to this location! . The worst store. To be absolutely avoided. Shame on H&M for hiring these type of employees and allowing them to interact with honest customers . This store seems to be run by very dangerous -type selection of employees, a bunch of seasoned dishonest individuals , all teamed up to attack, lie and cover for each other against the poor customer . One wonders what they're hiding.Having ALL the details, we decided to complain to the corporation in hopes of being heard! & been officially apologized to in professional manner. ( we immediately made it clear to them that we are not' here for a freeby or any insulting gift card from them!!!) . They were allegedly appalled by the incident and agreed with our suggestion to run the cameras (great news for us!) .Instead, , they kept openly lying and asking for more time(?), We agreed . For weeks, they kept lying , disappearing from the radar, goofing misinforming us and constantly changing their narratives in a shameless manner before-- and thanks to a last attempt call from us for a follow up ) before admitting that their cameras had a glitch!!!! and that they have decided to STOP looking any further ( further than " WHAT " we wondered) into this immense issue which they knew since day-1 had all the elements of an immense liability for the corporation AND those involved employees.(Life imitates art!)H&M Corporation , knowing their employees were in violation of all laws , decided to shut us down instead of hearing us. Thats how H&M showed us how much they value the honesty of a customer. SHAME ON THEM!

If I could, I would give them zero stars! Customer service at this location is awful! Two managers wouldn't let my daughter make a return with the original receipt, original credit card, and my ID. I was home sick and had my daughter do the return for me. They denied her the first time because she didn't have my ID. She went a second time and they told her to go to Glendale because that's where items were purchased originally. They also said that they can't make the return because the credit card and ID were not here and it's state law. They were extremely rude and unprofessional!!When I called corporate to ask what the policy was, this was completely false. Corporate informed me that CA law is the original credit card and ID, doesn't need to be the original customer. The store manager told corporate that the reason they denied her was because the credit card didn't match the receipt. Another lie. When she went back in for a third time , on the phone with corporate to inform the staff appropriately, they still denied the return and with a snarky and aggressive tone, told her their policy is only a $100 return and that's the best they can do. Overall, I feel it is unsafe for customers to visit in this store, I feel worried for my daughters safety in this store as these staff members are abrasive, rude, uneducated in store and state policy and quite antagonistic towards their customers. My mind is blown! For the record: the store "manger" name is Alyssa.

Came in today looking for this one employee that was working there for a while now she has red hair I've been coming to this place always and she was always helpful and when I asked I heard she got let go which I find it so stupid she was the only one that gave customer service and knew what was going it's a shame you let a good employee go do better H&M!

I don't remember if I shopped at this location before but since I was in the mall, I thought I should check it out.Big location, decent prices, the store was a bit low on merchandise after the holidays which is to be expected. I will stop by again, since it is a big store and I shop at this chain sometimes. This time around I was impressed with the products or the variety, they didn't have in stock the jacket I was looking for, but I will be back when shopping at this mall.
