I wanted to take a moment to share with you my recent experience at the Infiniti dealership. As a devoted Infiniti car owner for over 10 years with a collection of 4 different Infinitis, I can confidently say that my visit to this dealership was truly exceptional.
Despite living over two hours away, I felt that the drive was entirely justified as soon as I arrived. From the moment I entered the service department, I was warmly welcomed by a service advisor. Shortly after, I had the pleasure of meeting my service consultant, Fernando Noguera, who demonstrated unparalleled expertise and provided top-notch customer service throughout my visit.
What stood out to me during my time at the dealership was the genuine care and attention to detail exhibited by the staff. Not only did the sales associates engage in friendly conversations without pressuring me to make a purchase, but the facilities themselves were also impeccable. The restroom, in particular, was exceptionally clean and exuded a pleasant aroma akin to fresh linen.
I must also highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the female cashier, whose friendly and courteous demeanor left a lasting impression on me. It is rare for me to be fully satisfied with a service experience, yet this dealership managed to exceed my expectations effortlessly.
While I understand that individual experiences may vary, I truly believe that this Infiniti dealership is well-equipped to cater to the needs of even the most discerning and impatient customers.
