I was here to return a Christmas wreath and to buy 2 new ones. Because they don’t have any more of the original style I got. However the staff took my wreath back without processing a return, and charged me for the 2 new ones. I ended up giving it back for free! It’s supposed to be a return!

I have been coming here weekly for over ten years. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store and I finally hit my breaking point. The staff turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. And not one person here has ever heard of customer service. Everyone is so hellbent on getting off work that it is lost on them that their patrons help pay their salaries. I have been consistently lied to "Oh we're closing in five minutes" when it's 15 til. I've heard multiple employees tell customers the bathroom is out of order so that they don't have to go unlock the door. How do I know it works? I was just in there. They shut down the cut counter at whatever time they see fit and won't bother to cut my one yard of interfacing. Yes they are all extremely young but it's really no excuse. I am truly going to start shopping somewhere else at this point. Joann's, shame on you.

I get up-and-downed every time I come into this store by majority of the staff that work here. There's one guy that rings me up sometimes that is very kind and friendly that always is happy to strike up conversation. I would definitely give less stars if it wasn't for him.I get that I don't look 'picture perfect', normal, or whatever- but I'm not trying to give out any sketch vibes. It's like they think I'm going to steal their whole inventory or came straight off the street to ruin their day. It's a pretty uncomfortable exchange every time I get fabric cut, too. I feel like an inconvenience when I just want a couple half-yards of something I thought was neat that I might use later on.I live very close to this store, so it feels silly to drive out of my way to get supplies I may need in a project emergency. Just tired of feeling judged, and not sure why staff at a store for artists have to be so stuffy and judgemental to people that actually ARE. Please be kinder.

Just tried to go to the store at 6:30 p.m. on a Sunday to get fabric before they close at 7 and they were closed. I double checked their hours online and it said they closed at 7. Another lady that was there before me said she tried to go in and it was closed as well. Not sure how early they closed it but hours online and on Apple maps said 7. Also tried calling the phone for this store and no one picked up. I get it if someone came in a minute before closing but closing an hour early when hours say 9-7 for Sunday is not cool.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Rain. She was incredibly sweet, had a lot of knowledge on the products, and was very helpful. Her customer service made my experience that much better!

Prices are set so that you use coupons. They have excellent frame size options especially for posters.

It's a fairly large store & I saw 5 staff members -- 2 were firmly planted by a sewing machine having a right good confab, 1 at the register, 2 in fabrics, looking as if they sincerely hoped no one spoke to them. Alas! I had to ask a question. No one had asked me if I needed help, despite me looking confused & circling the 2nd floor, so I had to ask the 1st person I could grab. She knew nothing, didn't care to know anything. She asked her colleague my question & even though the colleague had heard our entire exchange, she clearly had no intention of offering her advice. She was just going to sit there & let the other person essentially say, "I don't know, but I don't think so."So, I gave up, after taking my life into my hands by circling the surface lot & giving up & going underground -- as creepy as it sounds.There are Joann's Fabrics here & there, as well as Walmarts & independent sewing shops, so there is no reason to ever shop here.

If I could give negative stars I would. This location completely goes against the policy of Joann Fabric and Crafts, most importantly their manager Maria Garcia, allows it. I placed an online order for pick up for a Cricut Maker 3 and was notified it had been picked up. I immediately called to let them know that it was not given to me or anyone in my family and was informed that the person had my last name and order number so they gave it to them, yet their website states a valid ID is required to pick up which was not provided. Instead of them offering to refund me or get a replacement Cricut I was told I could call the police if I wanted to, or my credit card company. When I asked if Maria had been the one to give my order to the individual she said no her colleague had, but she knew he gave my last name and order number and placed an item on hold under the same name.

Not the greatest stock… always looks like they’re going out of business.Sales people know little to nothing about the products or often even where they are.If you know what you want and where it is, it’s “fine”. If you need assistance, well……….

The customer service here was great! Abi was so caring and helpful! She gave me advice on trying crocheting and was a sweet listening ear. Thank you Abi and thanks Joanns for hiring a great employee! The store is very organized although could use some more price tags, otherwise it has much to chose from and is all around great!

Staff have no knowledge about their products or service. Although the store opened recently so dirty dust and dirt all over the floor.The escalator is filthy.Perhaps they need to consider hiring a cleaning crew and new staff.

I came in shopping during the memorial weekend. There were beads on sale in which I bought. There was one that rang up for a higher amount instead of the sale price. The cashier would not honor that it was on sale so I asked for the manager. The manager refused to honor the price and proceeded to try and charge me the wrong price. He was really rude and nasty. It was the only piece of its kind and he didn't want to honor the sale that was advertised. It was a Latino guy who is your manager with not name badge who embarrassed my mom and I in front of other guests. He was racist. Please train your staff on how to treat people and to honor the correct price. Thank you.
