They give helpful advice, such as how to use a product or how to emulsify a moisturizer so the skin absorbs it better. Customer service is consistently described as superb, professional, very pleasant, honest, and accommodating. The team is commended for being sweet, friendly, and taking the time with customers. The store itself is clean and organized. While the mall location can seem a little oddly placed, quiet, and slow, the excellent staff makes the bricks and mortar store a joy to visit, easier than researching skincare products online endlessly.

Today, I had a return problem. The manager, Rihanna, couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about her. Kiehls is very lucky to have her represent their company.
