I recently visited this store in search of jeans for my husband and was initially pleased with the assistance I received from a helpful gentleman there. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I attempted to return the items, which didn't fit my husband. Despite having the tags and receipt, the manager, who assisted me, was unhelpful and abrupt in her tone. She rejected my return without providing a clear explanation, leaving a negative impression. I want to acknowledge the kindness and helpfulness of the other staff members I interacted with, which is why I'm giving your store 3 stars. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the manager's behavior, and I'm reevaluating my loyalty to the Lucky Brand as a result.

My mom was in the store a while back, and she was trying to return an item online and the lady at the counter was accusing her of already washing the item and she couldn’t return it. She never washed it and it was still in its package unopened until the lady opened it for her. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not know how to do her job. I came back explaining the situation to another manager and he apologized for the inconvenience and returned it no problem. That’s how you keep customers coming back and not by being rude and accusing your customers of random things.

I visited this store and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the manager. I attempted to return an item, but the store manager denied my request, citing that their “system was down” as the reason. What’s frustrating is that they couldn’t offer any alternative solutions or accommodations. I went in again a couple days later and she claimed that their system was down again. What really took the cake was the manager’s attitude. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making me feel like I was bothering her.

My wife wanted to stop by this Lucky Brand store while we were shopping inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall. I took her to the store inside Orange outlet mall so she wanted to know if she can exchange items here. When we walked inside the store, they were not busy at all and was very easy to approach. They told us that you can exchange an item here from other Lucky store as long as they have it in the store. We then looked around to see if they carry the same stuff as the outlet but they didn't.

I have a soft spot for Lucky Brand, I like their style, it speaks to me on many levels, so I love getting clothes and jewlery from them. Somehow I never shopped at this location before (1st level - Westfield Mall in Sherman Oaks). I was shopping at the one in Studio City but unfortunately they closed it for a while now. This isn't a big store, but it's well stocked, the fitting rooms are clean and easy to use. Customer service is decent. I enjoyed shopping here, I got some belated birthday presents (bracelt, earring and shirts!) and they were on sale! I love it even more! Nice experience for me, so I'll be back to check out what they'll bring next!

I was in the store Tuesday morning at around 11 the girl that was working never got off her phone and never acknowledged me I walked in and out I miss the great people that worked at the studio city especially Anita Sherman oaks needs to get their act together

This review is for Sarah Smith the supervisor of the Sherman Oaks lucky Brand store in the mall. Super friendly very knowledgeable and patient. She was super helpful in a difficult online return problem . She Made the return right and then helped me picked out some new clothes that are super cute . She made my first time shopping experiences a mall since Covid wonderful!!! Thank you Sarah

Theresa is amazing! I was there 3 days in a row and she was very helpful, she went out of her way to show me different styles and looked through all the clearance pile to find the perfect jeans, I came here because she isnt that kind of employer who says " whatever we have on the floor is all we have!" She went out of her way to look in the back for sizes and styles, that is called great customer service. Theresa's help was greatly appreciated.
