Macys was the company i use to love the most and shop all the time. Now become so low class that employees can scream at the costomer and telling me I Don't get pay enough to be nice herewith you. i was shocked yesterday i ordered online and received notification to pick up at this location tomorrow. i wait until 5 and went to macys to pick up my order. as soon as i came the cashier told me is not ready i don't know i told her that i received a message saying will be ready tomorrow. Without even checking she said maybe we don't have that item. i said is 3 different things i have and i know is ready. she said okay let me have your ID to check. after driving me crazy for a while she went inside and grabbed my order. worst service very very rude customer service department

Went two months ago buy a parfum they told me was new so it's was going to be ready in one month I have to wait for it and went today to try to exchange because I have the same they told me I can't because it's only one month and already pass the package it's close that they give to me the manager for the parfum department it's a really rude person and had not good customer service I bought the parfum with the macys credit card I'm a good customer but they don't really care

I went to Macy's looking for home accessories and stumbled upon a wide selection of sofas and other furniture. I was honestly so surprised at how much stuff they had and how helpful and knowledgeable the sales associates were, mainly Reza! I've been shopping for a sofa for a while now since we moved into our new house and I was so surprised to find such great options for such great prices at my local department store. Next time I will need to bring my husband with me to check out the couches himself but we will be back and will recommend macys for any furniture needs!

Awful customer service. Awful selection of mediocre overpriced goods. I can buy the same junk on amazon for a lot less.

The cashier was not able to process the payment, also they had no box for the one he offered, he suggested I go upstairs and get the box for the Rayban. So disappointing

Very nice location in Sherman Oaks. Always try to go early morning hours to skip the parking issues and the crowds in the store. Very nice polite workers in this location.

I like this store but got upset when they changed their return policy to 30 days. They deliver the orders late and customers do not have enough time to return it.

Great customer service. Chase who is the Macy’s associate who handles the register near Polo Ralph Lauren went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Chase. It is because of people like Chase, who are helpful and polite, i keep coming back to the Macy’s store. Kudos to macy’s for hiring such a great staff. This is a well run department store relative to other Macy’s

I bought a Gucci dive watch and the watch was missing instructions manual went back to try to get the booklet from Macy's but the manager is excuse herself saying that the watch didn't come with a instructions manual so i call Gucci and they told me that the watch should came with a manual so everything the manager say was a lie bad customer service.
