“We'd been dreading the whole mattress buying experience, but Jared completely changed our minds. He wasn't pushy at all, like some salespeople we'd met before. Instead, he really listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences between the mattresses in a way that was easy to understand. We ended up going with the Heritage Plush, which is honestly the most comfortable mattress we've ever tried. It's supportive but not too firm, which is exactly what we needed. If you're looking for a new mattress, go to Jared – you won't be disappointed.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. I have an autoimmune illness and often have pain all over. I needed a new mattress and my BFF who purchased from them last year online highly recommended them. We went in today and were greeted by Kieth Gray. Kieth was AMAZING. He asked me several questions about how I sleep then had me lay on several beds that fit my sleeping habits. He was patient and attentive and right on point in regard to my needs.
I FOUND THE PERFECT BED! I wanted everyone to leave so that I could stay and sleep. My bed has some AMAZING features including it plays music and gives you an amazing message. If you need or just want a new bed you have to go to Mattress Firm in West LA or Santa Monica and ask for Keith!”

“Bought our little one's crib back in 2021. Yes, it was expensive. But it's been worth every penny. It's remarkably well made and extremely sturdy (I have laid in the crib with my little one to help her fall back to sleep and it didn't move or creak at all), and the ability to convert it all the way to a full bed means she'll be sleeping on it for as long as she lives with us. We were very impressed with the quality and the customer service.”
