I have been going here for almost a year and each time the experience is worse. There used to be a friendly person working and since she left, it's all downhill. After reading reviews I see the other one star reviews and have noticed that the people working here unfortunately are racist towards white people. The manager is this big unpleasant woman and I am beyond professional and friendly and every time I see her she works as slow as possible and even has the audacity to use a rude tone of voice and make a simple transaction seem so difficult. There is a sign on door for people to wear masks and the manager was helping someone without a mask and didn't tell them to put it on. Completely unprofessional. Plenty of other locations to go to. Fire that rude and get someone professional to manage location.

Very pleasant experience. The interior was clean. My clerk was curious, professional, and quick. Fair prices. Would recommend.

The lady who helped me here was on point, professional. While other check cashing locations although they said they provided money gram services and didn't know anything about it, this lady verified my money gram money order within 5 minutes and and had me out of there with the cash and only charged 4 percent thank you

Ridiculous come all the way here to be told she wouldn't even attempt to scan my check cause the bottom has tears on the perforated paper. You could still clearly read the numbers and to at least attempt to scan it would have sufficed but this girl would have rather not do anything. Also she wasn't wearing a mask. She's handling people's documents and handing them cash without complying to proper PPE protocol.

So I recieved a check for over 17k. My bank wanted to put a hold on it. I called these guys and immediately within 15 mins. I was told to come in to cash my check. I spoke with Chris, a super friendly guy, yet very professional. When I went in...... I was greeted by a very nice lady as well. In and out in 5 mins. Great place! Great people!!!

I went into the establishment because they are one of the only places that cashes business checks. There was not much of a wait and the two ladies, one of which was the manager where super helpful. I did have the opportunity to speak with Chris and he absolutely put his money where is mouth is. This is a place more people should definitely do business with especially if you have a business check.

Staff is super friendly and helpful it smells so nice in here too. It's nice to know that there are great small establishments like this in the neighborhood.

This was my first time cashing in a check NOT at a bank and didn't really know what to expect. I called and spoke to the manager, Chris, who was so helpful and friendly, but also gave me insight on why i should cash my check at their location. I got the yelp discount and i was very happy with the amount they charged. Going on, Luisa helped me and she made me feel at ease. First, she moved quickly and got clearance for the check. Second, she was so personable and made good conversation. I was shown to a private room where she counted the money and it felt safe. My biggest concern was privacy and i got piece of mind. The place is in a food plaza, a little hidden in the corner (but that felt better for me!), it's inviting and clean. Im very satisfied with how fast they helped me out and that i received the whole amount off my check in one day, one transaction. Thank you!

These guys are quick, cool, and friendly! I've come a couple of times now and they take care of me. I would recommend this spot to anyone who needs a check cashed in a pinch! :)
