I am very happy with the grooming services that Eazy received at Petsmart in Sherman Oaks today from groomer Phoenix.
This neighborhood has quite a few options for pet grooming but this location and services were a better fit for my budget. Thanks Phoenix!

Extremely Disappointed with Grooming Service by Angelica
I am very unsatisfied with the grooming my dog received from Angelica at PetSmart. We clearly discussed giving my mini doodle a #4 or #5 cut -- something clean but with a little fluff left. Instead, when I returned to pick her up, she was shaved completely bald, more like a military buzz cut. It was not only the opposite of what we agreed on, but an extremely lazy and careless decision.
To make matters worse, I paid extra for a nail trim and teeth brushing -- neither of which were done properly. Her nails are still razor sharp, and I have no reason to believe her teeth were touched at all.
The total for this visit was $104, and frankly, it feels like I paid that amount for someone to butcher my dog's look without permission. She now resembles a skinny little rat, and I'm heartbroken that this happened. This kind of result is unacceptable and shows a lack of care and professionalism. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend Angelica to anyone looking for quality grooming.

It’s a generally well stocked and very large store and in a way that is the store’s problem. There are so many kinds of Dog Kibble that it took me quite a while to find what I was looking for. There is a dog grooming area, but we have come to feel that the trim that our small dog got was very uneven. It’s close to us and convenient, so for many items we will still go there.

Employees are great help! Not the largest one but exceptionally convenient for me, and they cover all my pets needs with great quality food and accessories !!🌟🌟🌟🌟

Horrible service, do not go here if you want to find a place that cares about your dog and your personal time. This place rips off dog owners and changes the type of appointments to Express without your knowledge, when it was never asked or even needed. I’ve always taken my dogs to petsmart for grooming, for decades. Then all of a sudden this location put my dogs as only allowed to be express appointments, which is a massive up charge. They don’t care about your dog, they want to upcharge you and rob you. It’s really upsetting because we’ve been customers for over a decade and never had any issues… then moving to LA, all their locations are run by money grabbing incompetent people. We put up with it once, and still gave a massive tip after all was said and done, but it looks like they saw this as an opportunity to grab even more money.
The incompetence is very gross with Phoenix, she would not accept my dogs because they had minor matting around the legs. She told me to do it myself and then bring bring my dog in… excuse me, that’s why I’m paying you! We offered more money, whatever it costs, and she refused to cut and wash. You are denying a service that you guys are there to provide, who is hiring these people? Her excuse was it would take too long and they wanted to get more appointments in, so she rescheduled us for an “express” which for the inconvenience, we were still up charged. Everytime we made appoints at any other location in LA after the first incident, Phoenix put in our file that we can only do express.. so even if we book and confirm for a normal appointment at normal business hours… they go into the system at end of day, change our appointment type and change the date and time that we booked for. Then, leave no voicemail and we find out after getting there the day of our appointment, that they moved our scheduled date and changed the appointment type without our permission, and up charge us about 80 dollars of normal pricing. It’s blatant money grabbing, and discrimination at every location in LA. LA District Managers needs to get their stuff together, I’ve never been in a poorly run business like this. You lost our business for life. This happened 4 times already, enough is enough. It’s pretty obvious they are making up phony excuses to upcharge their clients. Specially in times of people losing everything they own, these disgusting people are trying to rob us. How dare you Petsmart, how dare you. If you have to make an appointment, steer clear from Phoenix or she will do the same to you and manipulate your files/account to pocket extra money for the same amount of work.

I come here mainly for their grooming to have my small dogs nails trimmed. Grooming department does a great job if taking care of your animals here,shout-out to Phoenix.
Store doesn't offer large range in variety like other locations on account of the store's small stature but it does carry the big sellers. Call in advance to ensure they carry the product you are looking for and to set an appointment for grooming.Cashier there is super sweet and helpful.

I come here for cat food because I can't stand Petco and, for a while, Petco stopped carrying the brand my cats eat, while PetSmart continued to carry it.
This store is not big. I believe I was once told it is one of their micro-locations, which is why there isn't a huge selection. Still, it's the perfect size for running in very quickly to get what you need if you already know exactly what that is. I can usually get in and out of there in 5 or 10 minutes. Lately the stock is very iffy, but that's on account of supply chain issues.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Unlike Petco, it's not brightly lit, doesn't reek of dogs, and isn't laid out in a confusing maze. It's quiet, down-to-earth, and clean.
4 stars because of 3 things: This store is almost never busy, but parking can be difficult during busy hours at the adjacent stores. I do wish they wouldn't leave dead Beta fish on display. And I hate that they shortened their operating hours.

Helpful staff, great choice of products, pet grooming, corporate charity for help for animals and good parking. Convenient to the B of A, Ross, Joanne and Westfield Mall.

This is my second year bringing in my Tiffany for her santa photoshoot. She was a bit scared today, but she still pulled through. The store is usually busy but the line goes by pretty quick. It is kept well clean, they have good spaces in between the aisles and everything is packed and stocked well. It gets three stars due to the parking structure, I was lucky enough to get one as soon as I pulled in, however, it can vary. Overall, staff is nice they greet you when you walk in and the only other compliant is to have more paper towels available in each aisle maybe? Because some of our dear pets have accidents in store and I would like to be able to clean it up quickly. Other than that, it's your typical pet store.

I ordered online. Someone was there to help immediately. Friendly customer service. Parking is the worst. I drove around several times to find a parking spot.
