These owners are rude as hell. They don’t even look up at you to tell you the fitting rooms are closed when you ask. Who wants to buy non-refundable clothes they can’t even try on. Don’t spent money with people who don’t respect you. PERIOD

The manager - who I believe is named Linda, is a racist. Twice I’ve been in this store with my mom, and Linda targeted us from the second we walked in. She came up to only my mom and I and told us to get to the register and leave. I told Linda we were still looking. We wanted to buy a dress, sweatshirt, and denim jacket. She told us to get the items and leave. But we hadn’t even found the items yet, as we kindly explained to her, we had just walked in. She continued telling us to get our stuff and go the resister, now. Pointing to the registers. Another customer, standing nearby, heard how Linda was rushing us out. She turned around and asked me why Linda was rushing us…? I had no idea.We then asked Linda about the size of the jackets and could we try on the jacket to make sure it was the correct size, and that it fit first. She yelled at us, No! And said we could not. Meanwhile, every other shopper was trying on clothes around the store, a few only a couple feet away from her, but she ignored them, and said nothing to these customer, and continued to attack just my mom and I, saying we could not try in the jackets first. My mom and I both explained kindly to Linda that we wanted to make sure an item was the right size before we buy it. She said buy it, you get store credit if you bring it back. I explained that wasn’t ideal for us. If the jacket doesn’t fit then we only get store credit and we’re stuck having to purchase something else. This could be avoided by simply letting us try on the jacket first so we select the correct size. But again she yelled at us not to touch the clothes and kept herself glued to us with non stop chatter telling us to get to the register and leave. Side note: the fitting rooms are closed. But the approx 10 other shoppers that were also in the store while my mom and I were, were trying clothes on over their clothes and Linda allowed them to. So this “policy” clearly only effects certain people? (Discrimination). Because apparently that was okay for everyone else to do, but absolutely not okay for my mom and I. As we asked for clarity on this, which she could not give, she continued yelling at us in circles and telling us to go to register and leave. I explained I didn’t know what size to buy, she answered, buy it or don’t, “that’s your choice.” (I truly had no choice). At this point nearby customers at the registers were listening, they started speaking up too, asking my mom and I why Linda was treating us so unfairly. Linda continued to stand right next to us following us every step we took, continuing to shout at us to leave and that we can’t touch the clothes. Linda continued harassing my mom and I, it was horrible, even when I said to her I’m a customer that would like to make a purchase please stop harassing me. She said I could go.I work retail so all of this was beyond shocking to me, how she was treating customers that wanted to purchase clothes, she didn’t care about the sale or have even the slightest concern for common decency towards certain customers, she had it out for my mom and I from the start, and I couldn’t figure out why. Linda continued making a scene until the very end. The other customers (strangers to my mom and I) continued asking why she was singling us out - harassing us… one customer then pointed out that my mom and I were the only ones in the store this woman was focused on and bullying. Linda allowed every other customer to try clothes on, which is exactly what my mom and I were asking to do. It made no sense. And, it was humiliating. Finally another customer pointed out that my mom and I were “ the only white women in here”.Linda is a racist. My mom and I experienced direct discrimination and harassment both times we shopped at this specific store on 8/8/23 and 8/11/23. What we experienced left us both physically shaken and stressed.Grateful for the other customers who were kind and showed humanity during the humiliating, demoralizing, ordeal.

Utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service here. We grab a few pieces and wanted to try them on when we were then told the fitting room was closed for the day. Mind you it was not when we first got to the store. We ended up putting the clothing back since we're from out of State and cannot return/exchange the items. One of the Asian lady was very rude and shouted, "give it back to me if you don't buy!" and grab it from my hands. What kind of service is this in modern day? Please quite your business if you do not have the common decency to treat people with respect.

The manager/owner is rude, i went to the fitting rooms to try a top. All i said was “hi” and she didn’t even let me finish what i wanted to say and she said “ok fitting rooms are closed” in a very rude tone and walk away. All i have to say is that she needs to learn good manners and respect her customers. Life is to short to be this kind of person.

Rude manager, I really don’t recommend this place! She does not let you try the clothes and I asked one of the workers why was that and she kinda respond saying that if she doesn’t like you, she doesn’t let you. She’s racist!! Anyways I still bought a jumpsuit lol if you read this f.u ?

Extremely rude manager. No fitting room was open. She yelled across the store at me to not try things on. So I told her that’s fine I’m not going to buy anything. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Found lots of cute inexpensive clothes, but was told the fitting room is closed and you have to buy your size and then can exchange or receive store credit. I personally would not commit to buying non-refundable clothes without knowing how they look / if they fit. I tried on a couple of jackets in the mirror in the corner of the store and the lady, upset, told me the floor is not a fitting room. I probably would have spent $150 with them today, but instead left behind a pile of clothes. Terrible business practice and poor way to treat customers. Too bad.

DO NOT SHOP HERE...they do not honor their own posted policies and the owner is supremely rude. I bought a dress here 2 days ago and they didn’t let me try clothing on in-store (understandable; covid). The owner said I could try it on at home and bring it back with receipt if it didn’t fit. I did just that and she completely mocked me and showed my the dress I bought next to the dress in store and said I ruined it...it was exactly the same. She just shoved the dress back towards me and shook her head and asked me to leave. Please don’t give them your business. But if you do, expect them not to honor the return policy listed clearly all over their store. Your money will be lost. You’re welcome.
