This was an absolute nightmare! Our very first encounter with Quest Diagnostics turned out to be a complete disaster. My son, who has autism, had an appointment scheduled for 2:10 pm. We made sure to arrive early at 2:05 pm, only to be completely disregarded. Despite knocking on the door repeatedly, we were informed that our appointment had been canceled due to our supposed lateness. The excuse for not answering the door was that they were too busy attending to other patients, which was a blatant lie. We could hear the staff in the background making inappropriate jokes and laughing. Finally, when we were taken to the room, they claimed to have no record of our appointment or any orders from the doctor. To top it all off, the lady had the nerve to ask my son, who is autistic and just a child, to “get out” because they supposedly had another patient to attend to. Unbelievable! It's bad enough to treat me rudely, but to do so to a child is completely unacceptable. I wasted no time in filing a formal complaint with Quest Diagnostics and will be eagerly awaiting their response.

They cancel your appointments. Quest has a 15 mins grace period and this quest deleted my appointment without even waiting. VERY RUDE

Very disappointed with this Quest Diagnostics location. Even with an appointment, I had to wait a long time because the staff was talking among themselves instead of focusing on patients. The line was huge, and things moved painfully slow. It felt unprofessional and disorganized. Appointments should help things run smoothly—not leave us waiting around while the staff chats. Definitely not the experience I expected

If you don’t have an appointment, don’t go as a walk in. You’ll end up sitting for 2 hours. There is only one person working. She does the check-in, paper works, drawing blood, giving instructions if it’s needed. So you end up sitting for hours for your turn. The office is so so cold. It’s probably 50 degrees. You go there healthy and you come back sick. Stay away from this place.

First they don’t know how to treat kids. Second they are so rude and they told me you need to be happy that we took you as a walk in , because we are serving appointments, but I’ve already checked in as a walk-in in their system .Never have such horrible experience with Quest Diagnostics . If you have other choice please don’t go there.

My phlebotomist was Martha and let me tell y’all I HATE needles and I had about 8 panels I needed to fill when I tell y’all she had me laughing so hard the rest was over in a jiffy. When I walked in (I had an appointment) I check-in with the kiosk and was seen right away! I highly recommend this location for your blood testing needs.
