What was management thinking pulling half the self-checkout lanes and only having two cashiers on a Thursday night at 8 PM? There were lines going all the way through the aisles. Schedule, schm-edule. Read the floor. Also, the cashier didn't honor several discounted prices so we got charged more than we should have.
