I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to April Lazo our HOA Manager. Her dedication and hard work have consistently made a positive impact in our community. She had always addressed our concerns not just once, but everytime we reached out with a request. Thanks to her responsiveness, professionalism and persistence, our issues have been resolved and improvements have been made. Thank you for your outstanding service.

April L. is our community manager & she's been consistently responsive & available. She helped me & a close neighbor address a safety issue quickly - this would've taken me so much more time & effort if I tried without her help. She's honest & realistic with community members' requests by taking a fair & balanced approach to everything. Thanks April!

Danielle Madrigal is our property manager, at Ross Morgan, and she has done a great job for our HOA community. She has referred excellent vendors, suggested excellent safety protocols for our complex, and provided valuable guidance to our HOA Board as we plan for our future. Her prompt responses to our community's concerns have made a positive difference, and her management has made it less taxing to be an HOA Board member.

Stay away. Incompetent company.
They do not answer phone calls and don't return calls unless you call many times and leave extremely angry messages.
There billing seems to be done by people who are incompetent. They are auto debiting my bank account for money that is not due to them. Recently doing double debits it on the same day. sucking out thousands of dollars extra.

My community utilizes Ross Morgan to manage it. I must say, April Lazo, our community manager is extremely responsive, diligent and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I, or a board member needs something she is always there to guide us. Thank you for All you do for us, April!

Pam Sabo is VERY RUDE AND HURTFUL. Her attitude is abysmal, that of a bully.. I've lived in a building with Ross Morgan HOA since the late 90's and i haven't had any major complaints with the company, but since Pam Sabo started in 2014 her verbal abuse has caused me major mental and psychological trauma

We have been with Ross Morgan for over 4 years. We had multiple management company before and we let them go every year or two. Since we start with Ross Morgan, we have been assigned to April as our manager. April went beyond her duties to help us lead our association in the right direction, getting our financial in order, and assist us in enhancing our community. I recommend Ross Morgan and April to anyone who need a good management company. Some of our family who lived in other properties has called Ross Morgan and hire them after they saw the awesome work they did for us Thank you April and Thank you Ross Morgan

The managers left Warner Village 3 with no water - there is a city issue but they promised to have the water on for periods of time so we can survive as long as no water built up. Well, they turned it off yesterday at 8:00 pm and it's been off for over 12 hours. Jacqueline is who sent out an email after I complained of no water or notice - this happens often now here and manager Kelly Lenoso told me basically to suck it up as it's a 50 year old building. No notice posted on the community board - a notice only send to owners after complaints and tenants left wondering what's going on. And oh yeah, Warner Woods 3 - if you lose the recreation key - it costs $250 to get another one, a paper parking pass $100 - my kids can't use the pool because we don't have an extra $250 for it, the trees here are overgrown and growing onto the units, you are not allowed to feed the squirrels, and I'm home sick with Covid and can't have water, wash my hands, take a shower, or flush the toilets. This is not good management.

Having dealt with many property companies over the years, I can't say enough good things about Ross Morgan, and in particular, April Lazo. In a word, she is a rockstar. She helped me and my team tremendously when trying to close on the purchase of a condo in a short window. She was resourceful, responsive, and a true asset. Bravo!

When thinking about using a management company for your building run don't walk to Ross Morgan. I just had an amazing experience with April Lazo who manages the HOA at the Cosmopolitan in Brentwood. I have been in the lending business 30+ years and have never seen someone like April jump to help the cause. Our situation was going nowhere, and within 24 hours of April taking hold of it was.................. solved!!!!! she is Wonder Woman:)

The escrow department at Ross Morgan is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. Esmeralda always goes above and beyond to make sure our requests are completed in a timely and professional manner. I truly appreciate her professionalism, quick turnaround, and kindness reflected in each transaction.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the Canyon Oaks HOA. I was fined $200 for an alleged "landscape violation" on May 31th, and for some reason the system immediately placed another $500 fine for the same issue on June 1st. When I asked for explanations and documentations regarding to the fines, it took days to get a response. It has been weeks since I sent the first email, and the problem is still not solved. They only mentioned it was a weeding problem. To make matters worse, I received an additional $1,000 fine earlier this month for the same issue, because we are still communicating about it, and they think it's not resolved yet. The communication breakdown and unjustified fines are incredibly frustrating.
